Revelations develop NATIONS: why we need constant revelations from GOD:

The Prophet Hosea once said in the book of Hosea chapter 4:6 that;

"My People perish due to the lack of Knowledge"

Now many People think the kind of knowledge the Prophet is talking about in this part of the scriptures is the book knowledge that is gotten in the schools, books and libraries. But it's absolutely not that.
The Prophet Hosea was talking about "The living word of knowledge" that comes from the Holy Spirit.

Now i'm not saying that the head knowledge or book knowledge which we get from reading or studying don't have any effects or have no benefits but inspire of these things people still perish.

The term "perishing" doesn't discriminate between the haves or have nots. Rich Folks perish and poor folks perish as well. So when a rich individual brags that his money is the the thing that saved him/her from perishing, he or she has no clue why they're not perishing.

The kind of knowledge Prophet Hosea is talking about in Hosea 4:6 is the living knowledge of God from the Holy Spirit. This is what theologians call "the revelations of GOD, from God and for the divine enhancement and development of Man".

When Man or a large or small group of individuals (i.e families and nations) don't get revelations, they don't develop. In fact, over time, they devolve, devolve and devolve until they perish completely.

Developed nations are developed today as a result of revelations.
Revelations lead to creativity. Most of the powerful inventions that benchmarked Man's industrial and technological advancement or developments all came as a result of revelations.

GOD revealed the ideas to men who are co-creators with God and man was able to create and invent all kinds of sophisticated and complex machines and technologies that has led to the advancement and modern evolution of man.

As an Individual you need " non stop, constant revelations of divine knowledge " to improve, emancipate, evolve, transform and develop as an individual.
GOD always shares information with those who are in good terms with him, about what's up and what's upcoming. And when the man and those around him act in tandem with the information that's been shared, both the man and those around him will experience development (could be a nation, could be an entire generation, could be a family etc).

So that is what it means not to perish as a result of the lack of knowledge.

Why does Man work so hard yet earns so little?
Is it because of the curses in Genesis chapter 3? But Jesus Christ has taken care of that on the cross of calvary.
But I go to church, I call Jesus, yet I work so hard for money but earn peanuts and crumbs.
If I don't work at all no shi shi at all, if I work, na so so crumbs and peanuts, what do I do?

Don't work too hard for MONEY
(What it really means):

Many People often wonder why it seems that Man's pursuit of wealth is a chase after the waterfalls.
We work so hard to make both ends meet, yet it never seem a like both ends will ever meet.
In fact, with the way things are turning out lately, it looks like both ends are getting wider apart rather than meeting as we proverbially say.

Why does Man work so hard yet earns so little?

We have to work for money na, what else are we getting up to go to work for?

The solution to this problem of working so hard and earning so little is found in an advise from the wisest and richest man in human history after Jesus who is undeniably the wisest and richest man in human history.

"Don't work too hard for money, money grows wings and flies away"
- Proverbs 23:4-5

Why is it a long shot to work too hard for money, only to get little or no results?

The answer is as simple as choosing between GOD and Mammon.

Matthew 6:24
"You can't serve 2 masters at once, you'd love one and despise the other, you can't serve God and serve mammon."

Psychologists say we work hard for whom we love or what we love. The primary reason why we put in work is because we want to attract whom we love or attract what we want.

When a Man works hard for money, he does so both because he loves money, and he wants to attract money to himself.

But this is a chase after the wind because money is a bad master and only gives crumbs to persons who turn themselves into it's slave.

That's because when you work hard for money, it's as a result of your love for money which is obviously more in size than your love for God.
And the result is "evil".
Because the love of money is the root of all evil.
What is the evil? The evil is the injustice of money towards those who love it more than God.
A man's love for money is a love in vain because, money does not love you back, thus it gives you crumbs inspite of all the aches on your back.
This injustice is the fruit, and this injustice is the cause of poverty.

But when you love GOD, money looks for you, in fact, you don't work for money, money will work for you.

Just as God told King Solomon:
" because you've chosen me above every other options, I will give you both what you ask for and what you didn't ask for"
1 Kings 3:11-12, 2 Chronicles 1:11

The simple truth is this ( and I hope that the end of all your poverty will start from here):
"If you want to be RICH, WEALTHY, INFLUENTIAL and POWERFUL don't work for money, work for GOD."

After confessing over 2 years ago that he's been fighting a secret battle with pornography addiction and it's effects finally Apostle Constance C. Friday says, he's not out of control like he was before when it comes to such matters. "I've finally overcome porn addiction.
Infact, i've really kept a clean sheet for a while, believe me when I say "celibacy and sexual. purity can actually be practiced" (he says).
I'm working real hard to be a good example to all youths and to all Christians . If I can overcome porn addiction and a few other personal challenges, you can as well.
There's no kind of sin that God cannot forgive and there's no kind of sinner that God cannot save.
One of the best ways to overcome certain besetting sins is to talk about it with persons who won't judge you, pray earnestly and be determined to turn a new leaf.
Confessions plus genuine repentance really works wonders!

It really felt quite cool to be wearing that lovely "cassock"
It only took some time for me to realize that:
Wearing khaki doesn't make you a soldier.
Wearing a jersey doesn't make you a player.
Wearing a lovely wedding attire doesn't mean your marriage will be sweet.
Also wearing a priestly regalia doesn't make you a saint.
It's better to tell People you're a sinner than to tell them you're a saint.
Honestly, man cannot do what only God can do.
Snuffing yourself due to a leaked sex tape ended up giving Satan what he desired.
Such a devastating leakage doesn't mean all is over.
In Christ Jesus, there's always hope.

There are some exceptions though e.g if you work for someone insist that your salary is paid. That one is a business matter based on contractual and formal agreements.Also if someone owes you a financial debt, it should be paid.
In some rare cases some Folks involved may decide not to demand too much to be paid their wages or pardon the debt because trying too hard to collect it may make them look low class and needy (depending on the amount involved).

But being owed your dues doesn't feel so good FYI. So the demand to be paid isn't unjust.

How GOD saves his very Elects from great tribulations:

In the book of Matthew 24, Jesus Christ taught about the last days. Most of these predictions were regurgitated in the book of the Revelations of John at so many parts of that book of the Holy Bible.

These two locations in the scriptures talks about the increase in the trials and tribulations that will be visited upon the world in the last days.

The scriptures say " The kind of trials and tribulations that will be visited upon the world in the last days will not be compares to any kind that has been visited upon the world previously (which we obviously are witnessing unfolding before us right now)."
   This means, as time progresses from today towards the future, the kind of trials and tribulations that will be unleashed upon the world would not be compared to that of the present day.
Matthew 24:21

In Nigeria for example, it's not news that the prices of fuel and has have risen so high that it's causing the rise in the price of various adjacent commodities and so many households mare really feeling the heat.
   In various parts of the world, similar things are happening; the war between Russia and Ukraine, plus the Israel and Hamas conflict for the Gaza strip is still raging with so much casualties.

These issues were predictions by Jesus in Matthew 24, but there is something that Jesus said that is worthy of note and is comforting to us all who believe in him and trust in his grace.

"Because of the Saints, the days of tribulations will be brief or shortened"
- Matthew 24:22

Yes, no matter the kind of tribulation that will come upon the inhabitants of the earth and the world in the last days, God will cause the time of existence and intensities of the serious tribulations to be short.

This means if the Saints of God were not present here on earth ( as it will be after the final days of rapture), the days of tribulations will be long, and very unbearable.

This goes a long way to say that God values the prayers and sacrifices of the saints.
He will because of ten righteous men refrain from destroying an entire nation.
The reason why God destroyed Sodom and Gommorah was because he couldn't find up to ten righteous men in that place.
   It's the same reason why he destroyed the world with the great flood but spared Noah and his family that consists of about 8 individuals.
Genesis 18:32

So continue to be righteous and continue to be faithful, your dedication to God is not a waste of useful time.

First if you watch ever since he started running NFF, no NPFL players are being called up (no matter how much in form they are).
Remember most of our best players all started from the NPFL from back in the days before foreign clubs began to call them.
How far about a national team call up that doesn't include anyone from within the country.
It smacks of corruption, foreign currency juggling and more "make money and forget football" antics in the NFF.
It's all trashy, the new NFF leader should step on the brakes on time.

Just incase our politicians don't know exactly why most Nigerians never seem too pleased or satisfied with the kind of leadership they're getting, let me try to clearly state the "exact psychology" of the People or the masses.
What Nigerians really want is a country that is truly free and doesn't feel like the inside of a cage.
With a truly functional justice system, responsible and responsive security, stable and flourishing economy, etc
Nigerians are really hopeful that the present incumbent administration are going to do all that should be done to pull our nation out of the pit.
