When you give it to them. They tell you to wait 48 hours. At the expiration of the 48 hours, they won't do anything. When you contact them again..they tell you to wait a fresh 48 hours. They keep on doing this till you get tired.

Ok. You are right, the debate about it is good. The proper demistification will be when the Government decides to look at it, or secondly, time and other violent groups could erode their influence.
