in most of the cases i have seen, the woman starts the nagging, starts the abuses, start throwing things or start destroying his things. i have seen women locking shirts, standing in his way, preventing him from going out to cool off.

There r many ways to deal with women like this now, everything is not about going physical.

However, 37 months is on the extreme side - in saner climes, he shouldn't get more than 12 months max. Unless they can link him to other crimes, especially via incriminating things at his house.

the nature of the crime means he couldn't have committed it alone. they were going to attack ATMs and withdraw as much as possible to beat the normal daily limit.

the officer knew what he was doing. he asked for 4 soldiers before the commission of the crime. this kinda sting operation is unethical & its poor policing.
