Wow. I started a savings of 10k per month about a year ago, after 7months i had pressing things to do with money so i stopped saving and till today i havent heard from them. Didnt just bother my head to ask for the little i have saved with them because i know they would bring up all manner of terms and conditions that would favour them. |
I dont support violence but we are becoming helpless by the hardship thèse politicians subject us to from their distasteful greed and empty brains with no vision to move the nation forward. In view of this, i advocate for the 'Nigerian Spring' because it appears to be the only way out. |
TANTUMERGO007:you have been defending your Saraki whose corruption case has left jaws open yet you are so quick to label the Ooni as Corrupt. Show some integrity and stop sounding like those who will carry placards to protest when they are given 1000naira. |
I have used both cars and they are great cars. The muscle is light with a simplified interior, equally fuel efficient. The evil spirit is heavy with a sophisticated interior, more powerful, fuel consumption isn't friendly. But in terms of prestige, class and comfort I will still pick the evil spirit. |
I watched Fayose speak yesterday on Channels tv, I was disappointed. That guy has nothing to offer, he can only be relevant politically in a place like Nigeria. He makes alot of unguarded statements that are devoid of common reasoning. |
Better go to UK. I lecture here in Nigeria and I would dissappear to the US or UK at the slightest chance. In developed countries you spend less of your monthly salary and save more, in a developing society like Nigeria, you spend all your salary and borrow more- so how can u buy your dream car? I have spent about 30,000 within the past 3weeks on fuel for car and gen, other unavoidable expenses are within 50,000. I earn a litle above 100k, now how can I save? |
Is it the same Ile Ife that I live in? |
If he was served an IV and he turns it down, he sshould pay for it. A governor will always be under a president and not the other way round. I am ssure Mr. Fayose doesn't think properly before he acts. |
A 2008 toyota camry that was probably upgraded to 2010. Poverty is a disease! He now attached white sticker to the door so it will appear as new. Who buys a new 2008 model car when we are in 2016? But he is moving anyway! |
jwillng:oooh, I never knew South Dakota is that big,no problem! I will keep you posted though. |
jwillng:I am visiting. The venue is John Lopez studio, 19493 Railway Street, Lemmon South Dakota. |
jwillng:I will be in Lemon, South Dakota by next month for an art exhibition. I would like to see you o so that we can talk, I equally have plans on relocating permanently from Naija? Besides you are invited to my art exhibition. I will ssend the venue and date to you later. |
![]() Jacko1:I am not a GTB staff, you must know that not all the complains here may be genuin. Even if they are, those individuals have the access to their various banks to complain. What is my own share. I was only being rational in my submission. We complain about everything, a bank has simplified banking for you to the level that other banks are struggling to follow same path. I bank with GTB and the *737# sservices is one of the most advanced technovation the banking sector has witnessed. Let me remind you that there is nothing with avantage that doesn't have dissadvantage. People who go to the bank to withdraw money are sometimes followed and robbed, so why don't you complain to the bank! |
lastpage:that was an epic response to that shallow minded fellow. |
blackpanda:Exactly my thoughts, we are very impatient. |
dejiboy:who transfers money to a third party just like that? |
Even if I buy fuel at 500naira per litter, I won't regret voting in PMB. Nigerians forget easily and its a big problem. We are so impatient! No wonder some people still believe Abacha was the best President ever. I am confident that Ibori would be given a heroic welcome when he rounds up his jail term in the UK. Now I feel so irritated hearing someone apologise to Deziani for having insulted her! |
I have a corrolla for you, you can call 08062903199. |
The advantage is more than the disadvantage. The introduction of the BVN makes so much sense when theft such as that mentioned by the OP is perpetuated. It will take less than 10mins to get to know the criminals that did that. I am sure the GTB management would have done a proper survey and brainstorming before embarking on the *737# concepts. |
Though I respect Suleiman, he erred with his recent outburst. El_Rufai is a very intelligent man. There should be regulation, atleast it would cut down the number of fake pastors and imams parading themselves lawlessly in our society. We need more El-Rufais |
abbeycial:You are part of our problem, you will never admit that we are rotten. Our image is battered without remedy- whenever I travel, I suffer discrimination and humiliation because ofwhere I am from. Its terrible, sso don't sit in your village and defend blindly. |
SirLewis:I never knew we have lecturers on this forum. This is serious 'washing'. I hope the OP takes to your advice, 'big grammer' is nothing, ability to communicate effectively is what matter most. That is why I have no iota of respect for Patrick Obahiagbon even though he is my kinsman. |
Let's call a spade a spade, the performance of the commentator was woefull. OP has a point though, but the world is moving fast and we can't keep giving excuses for mediocrity. The West keep laughing at us when we hide under 'Rome wasn't built in a day'. We are over 150million people and I know we can get over a hundred people who would do better than that commentator. It was very shameful. |
Nothing special. We are still far behind. I Know someone will say 'Rome wasn't built in a day'. Move around the streets and see several uncovered drainages, electric poles flying all around, etc |
Aunty Patriotic |
It worked for me. You can only make mtn to mtn calls with the credit. Any other call to another network will be from your main account. I equally think your main account balance must be greater than 0:00 before you can use it. |
lopmaidx:OAU Ife |
I received my full salary. I guess your VC is building a University in Ghana. ASUU wouldnt wait a minute to confront the president |
iukpe:You don't understand my point. Take your time to digest it, it might help your orientation. If you drive a 2015 Toyota Camry feeling you are on point (nothing bad about it though), in 5 years the car is fast losing relevance, this applies to a lot of other material things. So why not concentrate more on things that would represent you while you are gone(which is innevitable). |
denkyw:I share your view partly, but could Buhari have built a hospital for them within four months? How you could conclude Buhari is a failure is what I don't understand. Besides you should take the info on the signage with a pinch of salt. |
'He lived a flambouyant life'- see him posing with a Benz 190 that I won't even accept if u 'dash' me now. Moral lesson: flambouyance which is characterised by material things are ephemeral, good legacy is eternal. |
About a month ago I was exactly in your shoes but now I am better. Of course I ran to Nairaland to seek for advice and I got help from some useful comments. This is a link to my thread on nairaland, it may help you. https://www.nairaland.com/2644648/please-she-wants-us-stop |
