When i watched the video i just knew he wouldn't come out alive even the police officials there were laughing at him and didn't take him seriously, they all knew that was his last speech because they'll make sure of that.

The guy also know they wanted to kill him and that why he told them that if he survival the situation he will make sure their blood will flow.

hmmm, but can i still get the error message you get during installation of drivers because this might possible be a software issue reloading your OS might be considered since you said you just changed the keyboard recently but first let me see the error message.


I used Drivers Easy in updating the drivers but when the the drivers are updated automatically it should stop bringing up those drivers for updating after re-scanning/restarting the drivers.

The warranty has been void because i recently changed the keyboard before and it was not in the company i bought it because of distance/relocation.

Your laptop problem have nothing to do with driver installations, your keyboard is faulty and the performance is affecting your mouse.

You need to replace your keyboard. If you're in lagos I can help you replace it at an affordable price.

I doubt the keyboard is the problem because i just changed a new keyboard not long ago and the keys were working perfectly but suddenly became faulty again and it's not even up to two months, The caps lock doesn't work and the light keeps blinking. So many things is not just right with the system and it also keeps slagging which is why i'm planning to format the system..

Where are those people saying SA are nice people and only assault and kill Nigerians who are involved in crime?? Well i wouldn't say his tribe saved him, it's because he was smart enough to record the situation as evidence and that's what other victims failed to do because they were either killed at the spot or were not given a chance to record the event.

Most of these Crimes are associated with the SA police force killing and abusing innocent Nigerians, same topic we discussed this last week and this is a nice step taken by Nigerians and i hope they paid for their crimes and that'll reduce all these nonsense!.

Mumu you just want to rubbish the name of a particular tribe well i will assist in answering that since I'm from the east.

Question 1.

There is no law in Igbo tradition that require any woman who just lost her husband to drink water used in washing his corpse unless she was accused of killing her husband and the ritual is called "isiku" not just a widow it is done to anyone accused of murder back those days to testify you are innocent but if found guilty the person dies immediately after doing the ritual, It has nothing to the with the Igbo's culture which some states don't do again since Christianity was spread throughout the region and most of those deity/idols has been destroyed.

Question 2.

Go do your research many Traditions around the world doesn't allow women inherit property even in foreign countries because our ancestors felt women are properties and get married off there'll be change until there is an amendment to the Country Code/Law by the government that supersede the Traditional law. Well in Nigeria no case has been raised by any woman because some adopt or better till carryout such practice of marrying a wife for herself or her dead son to continue the Linage. Although most families overlook such laws and still leave the proprieties for the woman.

All tribes customs are backward...Many of these customs has been abolished.

I'm not saying that dress code is not important. Even without religion our culture and morals suggest we dress decently but what I don't agree with is the pastor's idea of jewelry, hair and makeup being a problem.

The reason I mentioned the Deuteronomies was because of their era, most people will read not putting on clothes of the opposite sex as meaning women wearing trousers. If you recall during their era men wear skirts, there wasn't even anything like pants or trousers.

Women have been known from time immemorial to beautify themselves...what those scriptures say is a woman's outward appearance shouldn't define her character (in this case beauty is identified as appearance and character) but some of these men of God will go drive a wrong message.

The issue of dressing is subjective. Why do I say so? The common saying is dress the way you want to be addressed. A woman who dresses provocatively associates her with prostitutes. Just as it is today when you see some over excessive makeup, jewellery and dressing, it makes men associate women with call girls and the likes. That is exactly the way it was in the era of the bible. Those bible passages are a moral guide to the people of the their time and our time today.

Even men today who do things likened with women fall into the homosexual category, and you will also see them do in excess.

The problem we have is extremists in religion who would have women look unkept and untidy and yet behind these so called pastors will be chasing the adorned women in secret.

So you see where my annoyance is...not necessarily you but just the extremists


Bro those outfits you just mentioned are not actually skirts and were deigned for men and most men who wore them are soilders/executives in ancient time and others put on robes as we know it. The women also have their own dressing code which were mainly made for women and mind you those verses were about indecent dressing and not character..

Women should beautify themselves no one is against that but to a limit some women now do costemic surgery/fixing eye lashes and so on just to look beautiful and put on all kinds of rubbish just because of fashion even our married women these days are involved in these madness called fashion..

New testament

One passage doesn’t make sense without the other. You have to look at the entire Bible and consider it as a single message from a single God. This is why heresies like Marcionism, Gnosticism, Manicheanism, and others that rejected the Old Testament were rejected so firmly by the Church Fathers. The accounts of Israel’s God and Jesus of Nazareth tell one story with one consistent meaning. It is the story of man being drawn, kicking and screaming, from the depths of sin to the Kingdom of God. It was never going to be easy.

Wanted to clear people on these verses

God is the same, full of mercy and compassion, slow in anger and minster of Love...So don't stop loving him or doubt his attributes when you come across these passages and that's the reason i brought it up.

There are a couple of easy responses. Some of us merely recoil and condemn God as a moral monster, turning away from Him and losing faith. Some try to wave the passages away as evidence of ancient tribal culture given a veneer of divine sanction, rather than the true word of God. Neither of these is an acceptable response. The God of New and Old Testaments is the same. There's no slithering away from this. Either you take Yahweh and Jesus together, or you take neither.

Old Testament
The main recurring narrative theme of the Old Testament is Israel turning away from God to follow false religions. Modernists like to think all religions are equally valid (or invalid) and thus none is better than any other. History reveals this to be demonstrably untrue, so when we look more deeply into the past shouldn’t be surprised to find barbaric people and belief systems. The Canaanites engaged in a laundry list of awful practices, including child sacrifice, temple prostitution, witchcraft, idol worship, and just about every thing the Lord had ordered the Jews not to do. "Every abominable thing which the Lord hates they have done for their gods; for they even burn their sons and their daughters in the fire to their gods." (Deuteronomy 12:31)

(One curious difference with warfare in the Bible is that the Lord forbids Jews to take spoils of war in certain cases. Indeed, the story of Achen's punishment in Joshua 7 is an example of the harsh punishment meted out when someone disobeys this command. Spoils made war more appealing and prosperous, and forbidding them meant people were not fighting simply for financial gain.)

Israel, in fact, didn’t wipe out the Canaanites. They rarely did what God commanded, and they often reaped the whirlwind of this disobedience

The People of God took up the wicked habits of those they had been ordered to conquer, and fell into damnation because of it. God had chosen the Jews to be His people, writing the history of His work in the world through their lives as he slowly ushered them from savagery to salvation. It's hard to read passages like those found in Numbers 31, when Moses orders the destruction of the Midianites: "Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man." He wants to extinguish the line of the Midianites so they will no longer threaten the Jews by rising against them or tempting them to follow foreign gods.

The issue of our dressing code is a very important issue we need to rule out as christains. Imagine what he was saying "Christianity has NO dress code but ‘Churchism’ & ‘bornagainism’ two false , pagan religions, based on the ideas of men, do.."
He even went further to say "Let’s remember that Christ did not tell his disciples to go out and start religions, but as humans they soon unwittingly found themselves teaching their followers religion." So because they talked about how to dress decently makes them religious or whatever so the teaching of the disciples were wrong but he qouted and gave his own expalnations, who is decieving who.
There are so many verse that speaks against indecent dressing and mind you i didn't twist anything in the verses but your freeze did even making many confused. The man's ideology is very bad now i see why is followers have nothing go to show always jumps into conclusion without thinking.
Why i'm saying these always of is because of those churches who say your dressing code doesn't matter but your heart does, my dear both does matter.

God doesn't change you don't do thing because the society does it and see how senseless you sound better still time travel to the era of the Deuteronomies then you can live like them.

Deuteronomy 20:16-17: But in the cities of these peoples that the Lord your God gives you for an inheritance, you shall save alive nothing that breathes, but you shall utterly destroy them, the Hittites and the Amorites, the Canaanites and the Per′izzites, the Hivites and the Jeb′usites, as the Lord your God has commanded.

Joshua 6:21: Then they utterly destroyed all in the city, both men and women, young and old, oxen, sheep, and asses, with the edge of the sword.

1 Samuel 15:3: Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have; do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

This passages need to be explained pls...it's still confusing.

1 Timothy 2:9-10 "Paul said: I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God."

1 Peter 3:2-5 "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight."

Proverbs 11:22 "Like a gold ring in a pig's snout is a beautiful woman who shows no discretion."

Deuteronomy 22:5 "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God."

It's like everyone can wear anything they want and society allows it. However, we don't follow what society dictates; we follow what God says. In Deutoronomy, it said that we cannot cross dress. What's made for women should only be worn by women and what's made for men must only be worn by men. Let this verses be a gentle reminder.

I don't think so, So you mean all the live videos we're seeing online especially here in Nairaland are all false or staged Bro you really disgust me right now F**k... Most of the murder I've seen are even from their armed forces(PF) in SA, I can remember a video of their police men trying to flew after killing an innocent victim who had a misunderstanding with his SA girlfriend who called the authorities on him and his neighbors even confirmed the guy committed no crime or resist arrest and another one was a student whose corpse was laid on the police vehicle to do whatever they want to the corpse..

The truth is these i don't justify the fact that most Nigerians are into crime in SA but majority of these young men who were murdered in cold blood are innocent even Nigeria gangsters over there wouldn't walk alone without any fire arms to defend themselves from rivals but most of these guys being killed on daily bases have a clean record and no weapon were found on them..I'm not against these killings because Nigerians are victims here but I'm against it because these guys are humans and don't deserve to be killed even here in Nigeria and all over the world!! Those taking lives are no different from these harden criminals but what do we see today even our arm forces meant to protect lives and property are also involved in murder and most of their victims are innocent even here in Nigeria, God help us...

All Lives are Precious and don't deserve to be taken!!!

I'm planning on starting a business and that's why i needed a job, i have done the basics just left with money in stocking it. It's a poultry farm and i will keep you guys updated.
