Many Nigerians needs rehabilitation but yet they shy away from this hospital.
From drug abuse, to depression issues to anxiety issues, name it, the psychiatric hospital help manage this situation..
I use to battle anxiety issues but when I went through rehabilitation, I came out normalized.
Don't be shy or worried, if you have mental challenges seek help from a psychiatrist.
You can google out psychiatric hospital in Nigeria.
Most notable of all is Yaba psychiatric hospital.
Many of our youths are facing mental challenges.
Recently we heard of a guy who had a seizure due to tramadol overdose.
Youths face reality and stop abusing drugs.
I know of a guy who entered psychosis due to weed intake, and ever since he has resolved never to take weed.

What I love about Saraki is that he is full of life.
But my problem is that why was he always been challenged by code of conduct bureau.
