Now concerning the different versions of S4: Some people want SMALLER PHONES but with S4 features, so Samsung was smart enough to produce S4 MINI for them. Other people want S4 without Samsung TouchWiz. They want their Samsung Android smartphones to look just the way Google designed Android. And Samsung being a LISTENING COMPANY, listened and produced the phone. Samsung cut across the WHOLE WORLD, unlike Tecno which is only limited to Nigeria. So Samsung is only trying to satisfy its NUMEROUS customers across the world.
