PhD degree is not a certification of intelligence. It only takes the knowledge of an aspect of a singular discipline to obtain a PhD. A PhD holder in Sociology for example would definitely not know how to solve the least Calculus problem. GEJ does not have a PhD in management or "governance" so his PhD degree should not be a subject of reference when trying to castigate his style of leadership.

Not trying to corroborate the man in the above clip, but your idea of a PhD holder is wrong. A PhD means you have an EDUCATION. Education affects every aspect of one's life.
