one dropped exactly 15 working days, other dependent still @ DMC today is d 20rh working day o........

Called today and was told a decision has been made. We are expecting their response.

Have you escalated before ?
If yes. What date where you given ?
If no. Try to call them tonight or wait till Monday.

please kindly share the number you called,

we dropped application on 27th sept., only the principal applicant is at VAC while the dependent is still at DMC?

please is it because the dependent passport will soon expire JUNE 1st, 2022.

they are due to travel
nov. 11 2021and return nov 30. 2021

can this be the cause of the delay.

i dont think there is an issue with that just keep tracking . and also he might be the principal of the application so nothing to be worried about

yes the husband is the primary applicant and his own is ready for pickup but they have not yet gone for the collection because collection mail hasnt been sent but when tracked its ready for pickup.

We thought all should be treated at same time by same visa officer and come out same time.

how do i get my passport.

have you tracked it on tls app or on the application website?

if Yes is it still @ DMC or Transfered to VAC.
if No, kindly track it first.

I thank you all for this forum, the ideas, the advice, the constructive criticism and one thing i noticed was that everything is for us to achieve a positive visa outcome.

I have been reading this section, skipped some pages and atimes it like i should break my phone and go and find an agent to do my visa application for me, but with what i read here about agents, I dont want to start my travelling experience with a story that touches the heart.

I gathered all the documents mentioned here on the platform, and i read the ukvisa website again and again then i decided to give it a trail as a first timer.

the documents i uploaded were as follows:
* bank account
* pay slip
* reference letter from my work place
* my cover letter
* wedding pix and certificate
* my family pix (father, mother siblings)
* wedding pix
* one undeveloped landed property wey dey inside bush
* flight booking- i did not pay (turkey)
* hotel rent from booking.com- 7 days
* utility bill- electricity bill

then i proceeded to ikeja tls center on
- 11/09/20 to submit
- 11/09/20 - received transfer to dmc mail
- 15/09/20 - received received by dmc mail
- 29/09/20 - received travel document ready for collection mail.

Please I want to ask this question:

I am not available not to go and collect the passport in Lagos. How long can my passport be in lagos before they complain that i dont come.
can i go to the place after 1 month and collect my passport.?

help me please
