paid mail sent... by next tuesday it will reach 15 working days instructionnfrom there last mail to us.

I didn't mine on the 27th of September at TLS ikeja and I'm yet to get a response .
I tried to track it and it has been stuck at “DMC” for weeks now. I made a paid call and the lady said she has escalated and gave me a reference number to hold on to, when next I call, if the issue isn't resolved.
Has anyone had similar issue?
Is there anyone who did biometrics at Tls Ikeja on 27th of September yet to receive a collection mail?

1 passport returned , the other stucked @ DMC.

I have sent a paid email and they replied they have escalated the issue that i should give them 15 days o.

PLEASE I'M WORRIED, CAN I SEND THEM A MAIL AGAIN ASKING ABOUT THE PROGRESS (NB: 15 DAYS OF THERE ESCALATION IS HAS NOT COMPLETE YET )

My wife did her biometric on the 6th of August 2021. Three months after her biometric she is yet to get her passport back.
She called the ukvi and sent emails, she was told a decision has made.
She has also been to tls and tls said ukvi have not sent her passport back.
Kindly advise us on what to do.

this is scary..... im also in the same shoe, though biometrics done on september 27 , one pasport released and the other one still hanging.

im still looking for a way to call them out on social media

Quick update, finally got a mail today 5weeks and 4working days ,to pick my passport.
First mail came from "visitukcustomsdispatch" at around 9am saying I should expect my passport soon, I guess this is as a result of escalated paid mails, then TLs came in at about 12noon.

We sha thank God sha...on my way to pick up.

If a Uk visit visa is refused, will they mail the refusal decision via email before getting back the passport or they will send it in hard copies together with the passport upon pickup

i think they have started sending refusal letter via mail nowadays

Just wait it out, you already said PA’s own is out , what’s left is for the dependents of the PA ,waiting it out is the only thing left in my opinion, it will come out . The crowd applying to the Uk these days is like times 20 of what they had before , I myself I was stunned by the crowd, they definitely have times three of their usual volume to deal with right now.

its normally the same day.
but track it to know if it's been transfered, dont wait for mail all the time?
