No President or Governor can introduce an anti-religious extremism law in Nigeria.

If such a law is proposed under a Christian Governor, muslims will claim it is targeted at them. If the Governor is Muslim, Christians will oppose and claim it is intended to suppress Christianity.

Result - chaos, lawlessness, and nefarious activities every where.

A well constructed anti - religious extremism law will catch most of these people. But people are not ready yet. No problem.
