My own suggestion goes like this.

Buy clotrimazole cream... Maybe mycoten or Vista plus. Funbact A is good too but you've used it for long and it's bleaching properties is too much.
Buy a ketoconazole cream, skineal is the only one I know of.
Take the two creams and mix with your regular cream. Your regular cream should be something like pears baby. Squeeze the clotrimazole, ketoconazole, and your regular cream equally into a small container.

Buy hydrogen peroxide. Since you're using on your whole body, buy a bigger sized one.

Buy boric acid. Theirs the capsule one, and then theirs the powder one that they measure out to you in kg. They may be the same thing but Buy the capsule ones as I'm not familiar with the powdered ones. Do not drink the boric acid even tho it looks like a medical drug.

So every morning, bath with hot water, then when you're through rinsing your body, take one cup of your bath water and mix it with hydrogen peroxide. Make sure it touches every part of your body that you are worried about. Don't towel dry your skin. Leave it to dry by itself. Then use that cream mixture to rub all over your body.

At night, bath again with hot water. Then take two capsules of boric acid and mix with one cup of bath water. You have to open the capsules to pour out the contents. It should be like salt. So mix it thoroughly the way you will mix salt in water. Then pour all over your body. Make sure it touches every part you're worried about.

Make sure that the one cup touches everywhere so proper management is key. Both for the hydrogen peroxide in the morning, and the boric acid in the evening.

Don't towel dry your skin. Allow it to dry naturally. Go to bed. And the next day you will notice some improvements. After one week, you decide if you'll continue the process for another week. Don't do it for more than 2 weeks. Especially the boric acid part.

Remember don't drink the boric acid. It will send you straight to hospital.
