Even a Sitting Governor of State of one of the states which shares a border with the state of Abia is pleased with the works of the Governor
But some people from a certain region who don’t even live in the State are the ones helping the Governor dissect his Budget

Bro, the R is part of their dialect. I'm from Abia state and I know some use Rumu for Umu and some even use Oma.

Many of them use umu and also omu,but they saw some towns in imos state also uses Omu so they decided to use “R” to confuse everybody
