In a JW organisation video I watched last year, it was explained that certain Kingdom halls with time have less than half of JWs attending these Kingdom halls. When this happens, congregations are merged together to be one Congregation. Let's say amongst 5 kingdom halls that have less than half of JWs attending it, two or three congregations are merged to be one and two or three Kingdom halls are put up for sale. At least in that video, they admitted that JW attendance to Kingdom halls reduces with time.

Now use your brain like how an intelligence officer normally should (Even though it is very shameful to call you one because you've got a brain filled with shaft), Ask yourself, why is it that less than half of JWs attend in these Kingdom halls? Where did the rest of JWs attending these Kingdom halls disappear to? Watchtower will not think of selling Kingdom halls if these halls are always filled with JWs.

You asked why Kingdom halls are not sold in Africa. Stop trying to be stupid and use your brain. Have you seen the state of the art Kingdom halls in these countries where they are being sold?
