Get your Bible and go to Hebrews chapter 1 and read from verses 4 to 14. Tell the JW that these verses differentiated Jesus from Angels. Angel Michael is an angel. These verses tell you that God never spoke the words in those verses to any angel. He spoke those words specifically to Jesus only. Make sure you let the JW read these verses slowly. Emphasise on the verses that talk about Jesus being above the Angels and the verses that talk about God speaking to only JESUS and to no angel.

Secondly, tell the JW to open Daniel 10 verse 13. That verse is about Angel Michael being one of the Archangels or Chief Princes. If you are above the angels like Jesus as said in Hebrews I quoted, You are not meant to have an equal amongst The Angels. If Angel Michael is truly Jesus, that means Daniel 10 vs 13 is saying that Jesus has fellow Chief Princes that are equal to him having the same Heavenly position. This is not True.

Remember, Jesus is the Creator of Heaven and Earth. The Bible says All things, including Angels, were created by him. It was to him God said in Genesis, Let Us make man in our image. Therefore, Jesus can never have an equal amongst the Angels. He is their creator. He doesn't have fellow Chief Princes. Angel Michael has fellow Chief Princes like himself. It's just like a Governor having Special Advisers. These Special Advisers are equal, same level, same rank. Jesus has no angel sharing his rank in heaven!

Another point you can make to the JW is that the same Hebrews chapter 1 described Jesus as having the exact nature of God, that is, The exact representation of the divinity of God. This means Both God and Jesus have the same nature just as all humans have the same nature. This means the nature of God isn't the nature of Angels. Yes Both Almighty God and Angels are Spirits. But they are not the same. Since both God and Jesus have the same nature and Divinity, how can Jesus be an Angel? This is why that same verse ranks Jesus way higher than the Angels. Angels are errand beings for Jesus whether they are Archangels or lower Angels. If you are equating Jesus to Angels, that means you are equating Angels with Almighty God. This is pure fallacy!

Now this JW is going to read 1st Thessalonians 4 vs 16. This is another verse they use to prove Jesus is an Angel. The good thing is that verse Never called Jesus Angel Michael directly. The JW is going to tell you that this verse says Jesus will come with an Archangel Voice meaning that he is an Archangel. So, read that verse and tell the JW that Does this mean that Jesus is the Commanding shout or is Jesus a trumpet? That is very incorrect. This is why it is good to use discernment to understand verses. Read this verse very well to understand what it is saying.

The verse is saying that when Jesus comes, his coming will be announced by a Commanding shout, by the Voice of an Archangel and also with a trumpet of God. Remember, in the old days, when an important royal person arrives a place or visits, there must be someone announcing his arrival and most of the time Trumpets are blown or drums are beaten or any other instrument is used. This is very common with Royal Families. That's exactly what that verse is saying. It makes no sense to read that verse to say Jesus is an archangel, a commanding shout and a trumpet of God. It makes no sense. Make sure you emphasise to the JW that this verse never called Jesus an Archangel.
