Hello house, kindly assist me. I have an HTC desire 820 phone with issues. The screen has several lines running across and it looks like a black and white screen while the sim port is damaged as it does not recognize my sim any longer. I tried reaching htc care but was unsuccessful. Samsung care wouldn't accept an HTC phone. I finally took it to a repairer who made the phone worse. In fact he used a broomstick to hold something together in the phone. Now the phone is getting worse. Please, where can I locate HTC office or a good HTC phone engineer in lagos? Someone kindly help.

Do you know how I got over my shyness?
I simply pretend not to be shy. I put on a performance around people I don't know. I pretend to have a conversation with them, I pretend to care.
And that's how I got over my shyness, I forced myself to perform as an outgoing, sociable person to make everyone including myself happy.
Performance takes the “edge” out of being social. A performance isn't “you”, it's an act. You simply act like you aren't shy. If you act enough, it becomes real, second nature.
The things we think and do always end up becoming true. I performed enough as an outgoing person that now no one believes I am shy. My performance became true. I faked it 'til I made it....But what happens during my alone time ....I'm totally drained simply because unlike an extrovert i'm not energized by people. Quiet sometimes is refreshing. Bein Shy is one thing, but wrapped up in your own little world is another...

Lol at the fact that you had to pretend to be extroverted. I wouldn't survive that.

My dear this has absolutely nothing to do with garnishing. My statement above refers to the common man on the street not the elite.

The Hausas are a thousand times better than the Yorubas when it comes to the milk of human kindness. Take this from someone who has lived in both 'worlds'. And wait! Before you crucify me, I have my reasons.
1) If you travel to the north and find yourself trying to locate a destination, you'll find locals willing to help even at their own expense.
2) These people are simple and down to earth. If God blesses just one person in a family, he tries all his best to assist other members of the family, which is usually large.
3) The religion of Islam have also impacted positively. They lead very simple lives and are a contented lot.
If you remove the issue of boko haram, and our filthy politicians/ruling class, the northerners are not bad.

Hmmm! Lesson learnt. This speaks to me. I'm so impatient when it comes to dealing with people. God help me.

No, I absolutely don't agree with you. With increasing age and maturity, you tend to be better able to handle some introvert traits like shyness around people. When I was younger, my shyness was crippling, but with age and of course working on myself, i can address anybody or group of persons now. Take this from someone who is over 90% introverted.

Of course, i would love to date someone like myself although not totally alike. In that case, I'm sure he won't stray and i get to have an intelligent partner - a great turn on for me.

Though I never served in J town, but I had all my education in Plateau State. Accommodation and cost of living is cheap compared to southern states. Just have an open mind, you'll enjoy your stay.

Have you ever been stuck in a dead end job with no prospects for either career or financial growth?
I have a B. Sc. In Economics and an OND in accounting and audit. I taught Mathematics , Economics and Geography in a secondary school for 3 years and quit last December as this is not really what I want to do (aside the issue of being owned salary arrears).
I am pleading with any good soul out there. I need a job in an Accounting or audit role. I have 3 months audit trainee experience, ICAN in view, a fast learner, detail oriented and excellent with the use of excel.

is it that OND is the least qualification for a particular position of interest that may be considered, or

OND is the highest and only qualification that will be considered?

because the english that i know, says :

MINIMUM = LOWEST
MAXIMUM = HIGHEST

When the advert says minimum qualification OND, it means they require nothing less than an OND, meaning a school leaver cannot apply.
