hello everyone is it possible to remove an automatic negative review by contacting cs.

But if the money is big, report her to CS. Tell them that buyer is trying to take advantage of you after delivering 10 article!

Next time don't deliver all at once. When a buyer place multiple order, deliver some and tell him/her you need their views on it, 'that you want to know if there is any modifications to be made on it before you proceed. At that point, buyer must say something. Whatever thing he said at that point will be used against him should he/she ask for refund later.

See me see trouble o, a female Indian buyer(who knows if nah male self) contacted me to write 10 website articles for her in 24hours which i delivered,only for her to tell me there are so many grammatical errors and the structure is not up to a website standard. I was like nah today I dey write?
Anyways, I thought maybe because I was in a hurry and didn't proofread well enough, so i apologized and promised to review the order. I don't use grammarly, I quickly rush go download am, but I was surprised that even grammarly could only detect some little errors.
Then I decided to ask her for a website content sample, i compared it with mine and there was no difference in what I delivered.
Now she is asking for a refund.
What should I do to this devilish buyer.

Although I don't usually use chrome to save pages, but I usually do is click on menu>print>save as pdf

Go to play store and search for uc browser save page and install it.
When you're browsing and u want to save a page, just go to settings, tools, a scroll down the list and you'll see the save page icon there

You don't have to tease him like that, it depends on the version you are using. For example my ucbrowser I have to download save page add-on at uc store before I could save a page.

Bro using naija IP no easy o, you go just they see page views and clicks with small orders.
But if you can stress yourself very well no problem, it is good.
Although i am using naija account (almost a month old), hardly have I made 15 sales. considering all expenses spent it is better to use US IP.

Is there a way in which if a buyer order a gig in multiples, the the gig duration of delivery will be multiply by the number of order because i have a situation here in which a buyer order a gig in multiples, instead of the delivery duration being multiply by the number of gig, all i just see is 24 hours timer countdown and i am not sure if i can deliver in 24 hours.

If you know you can write up to a 1000 words per article, why don't you consider writing two 500words articles, this will make your potential buyer think that he/she is killing two bird with a stone,after all who doesn't like bonuses.
Even oga beatzone said something like that in his previous post.
Secondly, your "unlimited revisions" to me makes you look like you are not sure of your services. You are a pro unless you want people asking themselves "maybe he keeps making mistakes that's while he can afford unlimited revisions".

Listen, do not be afraid to bill a buyer. But, if you are ( which is normal at this stage), then ask him about his budget for the job. Once he tells you his budget, you can know whether you will take it or politely increase it.
