Most nigerians don't pay their light bills but they will still be ones to condemn and criticize phcn officials when they don't give them electricity. Nothing in life is free people. The Ghana, ivory Coast, Niger republic, that their citizens enjoy stable electricity supply do pay for it. Just look at how this one is fighting an official over what he is supposed to pay.


If you don't want to use PHCN electricity, go get yourself a solar panel and if you can't afford one, buy a generator.

Don't say most..... Plus the land is still a lot when you compare ratio to its usage. Problem we have is in policies, with time the world changes, some people didn't, they believe in still moving their cattle anywhere they want.

No, there is a problem, and it needs fixing.

The problem is, the population of Nigeria is growing. Land is running out for free range grazing and even for farming. As a result, it is becoming difficult for fulanis to find place to graze cow. So...crisis between them and the farmers break out....and the mess we have results.

The issue is people like FFK, Obasanjo and even Buhari are using the matter for political purposes, both in the past and in the present. Even on Nairaland, all we see here is tribal fighting...when the real problem is poor land management, and lack of desire to modernise.

The time has come for an end to open air grazing, and an end to shifting cultivation, and better land management practice.The fulanis, Nigerian farmer, government....everyone needs to change. Not APC chanji...change. Fix the railways, so that we can transport cows via rail.

I think anybody that doesn't pass through federal or states university in Nigeria shouldn't hold a political post, any one holding a political post must only use federal or states hospital(you can't be disconnected from people you want to serve) , anyone that intends to hold a political post should be ready to declare assets every 6 months, false declaration should be punishable by 12 years jail term(same as rape) because they are raping all nigerians financial, mentally, socially and psychologically. Same declaration should be applied to religious leaders.
