Lekker snappe, julle. Joining in. ___ South Africa to build oil storage and blending terminal Tuesday, 10 September 2013 14:44 The consortium includes Oiltanking GmbH, Oiltanking Grindrod Calulo Holdings and Mining, Oil and Gas Services (Mogs). (Image source: Remi Kaupp/Wikimedia Commons)Germany’s Oiltanking GmbH has announced that it has entered into a joint venture to build a commercial crude oil storage and blending terminal at the Port of Saldanha on South Africa’s south-western coast The US$200mn crude oil blending and storage terminal will reportedly be Africa’s largest specialist blending terminal designed to supply international refineries. The consortium includes Oiltanking GmbH, Oiltanking Grindrod Calulo Holdings and Mining (a subsidiary of Oiltanking GmbH) and South Africa's Oil and Gas Services (MOGS). Africa Oil & Gas will implement the programme on behalf of the consortium, Oiltanking GmbH said. According to Pieter Coetzee, executive director of Africa Oil & Gas, the terminal will be able to hold and blend crude oil from six very large crude carriers (VLCCs), also known as supertankers, which have a capacity of two million barrels of oil. The project will cover 24.5ha and will be situated next to the Strategic Fuel Fund (SFF) Association’s tank farm, east of the existing port, Coetzee added. Construction on the first concrete tank has been scheduled to begin by Q1 2014, with the entire project likely to be completed by Q1 2017. Currently, blending is on a much smaller scale in South Africa, with tanks that hold between 75,000 and 100,000 barrels. “Port of Saldanha is an excellent location for a crude oil hub as it is close to strategic tanker routes from key oil producing regions to major oil consuming markets,” the consortium said. The Western Cape Economic Development and Tourism Department said the terminal would stimulate the province’s downstream oil and gas sector.

Brag on, black South Africans. You live in the most beautiful of countries. Others live in the ugliest. |
agaugust: dont challenge me on military topics, i drink war history like water. i have defeated all south african soldiers many times on this forum, so who are you ? ...fool !You're fake. From empathic denial to "doubts". /// "The bodies were drenched in petrol and set alight. Both Bormann and Goebbels watched this. Goebbels later committed suicide. Bormann disappeared and his body was never found, sparking off rumours that he managed somehow to flee to South America." http://www.historylearningsite.co.uk/death_of_adolf_hitler1.htm |
agaugust: Adolf Hitler's body never found...and no graveYou need to lay off Wiki sometimes, Mr fakeman. ----/ "None of the bunker’s survivors heard the shot that killed Hitler. At 15.15 on April 30th, Bormann, Goebbels, Heinz Linge, Hitler’s valet, Otto Gunshce and Artur Axmann, Head of the Hitler Youth, entered Hitler’s sitting room. Gunsche and Linge wrapped the body of Hitler in a blanket and carried it to the Reich Chancellery garden. Eva Braun’s body was also carried up and laid next to Hitler’s. Both bodies were laid near to the bunker’s exit. The bodies were drenched in petrol and set alight. Both Bormann and Goebbels watched this. Goebbels later committed suicide. Bormann disappeared and his body was never found, sparking off rumours that he managed somehow to flee to South America." http://www.historylearningsite.co.uk/death_of_adolf_hitler1.htm |

chris365: hahahahahahahahahaha. If you can just quote one of your comments that's has intellectual, i would gladly smash my laptop to the ground.I own you. Three hours. 100% of your comments, but 2% - CraigB. Now that's intellectual ownership. I'm not the one in a post-midnight timezone. You are. Now if that isn't just sad, I don't know what is. Even sadder than the fact that there's absolutely nothing you can say or have said to show yourself to be as smart as you wish to be. My posts stay. They are your mirror from which to recognise your monkey ways. No amount of feigning laughter will save you. You were angry for three hours. Now you're vexed. You aren't laughing. You're suffering. You've tried everything. Pink cards. Anger and now, long paragraphs. Still - no substance. Sucks being you. You will die trying. But you'll fail, as you always have. We both know how this always ends. You go to bed with a broken heart and I come back the next day with more facts. You're a monkey. |
chris365: and your acceptance that you don't know what it means to ignore a post is progressI own you intellectually. You aren't even asleep, thanks to my posts. Sleepless nights, thanks to CraigB. I'm sure I own all your posts for the last three hours too. Yup! Hurt soul is you. No substance in anything you've said. Just reactionary defensiveness. You can foam in the mouth until you knock yourself out. My posts stay. I'm your mirror today. For as long as you're Naai-gerian, your monkey ways will be exposed. |
chris365: Something i said must have given you a knock on your brain to have spoilt your ignore button.Your understanding that the button is mine is a start. Your acceptance that you've been hurt enough to dedicate your entire existence to me is progress. Truth does that. |
chris365: extremely weak and senseless.Fits perfectly into everything you've posted in the last two hours. You've been reduced to: 1. Pink cards; and 2. Angry "throw outs". Sucks being you. |
http://america.aljazeera.com/articles/2013/9/20/87-killed-by-militantgroupinnigeria.html Officials: 159 killed by Boko Haram fighters in Nigeria September 20, 2013 3:46AM ET Rebel group attacks town after months of escalating violence |
Fighter Pilot: No chief your intelligence is already compromised, the insugents intelligence has an upper hands over your army. It is only a fool who would ever rate such an intelligent system to be the best in Africa. We are still waiting for the "best military intelligence in Africa" to give us a coherent story about Shekau. Weeks after the fact, we are still dealing with "probably" and "maybe". |
chris365: Correct Others' Trivial MistakesQuite right. As can be observed from your posts Good to see that being ignored has caused you to reflect on your behavior. *Ignore button back on and the weekend begins. |
*Looks around. Finds nothing worth his while. Gets back to work. |
Henry120: you had to employ the services of former navy seals to help you out with your poaching problem. That doesn't say to me that you have a hold on the situation."State of emergency" means rights in the affected states are restricted and the military effort multiplied. That cannot be equated to a situation where the South African defence ministry and SANDF actually "report" to another ministry (Environmental Affairs). Terrorists are members of the populace. Boko Haram recruits from the populace. This is exactly why Naai-geria's approach is short-sighted and reactionary. As it is, you are burning money and lives - and in the end, you will have to get back to basics. What will you do? Kill all potential Boko Haram recruits? When will that be? And given that you don't have the equipment that you need, what makes you believe you'll have what you need in an all-out war? And how much has this campaign cost Naai-geria anyway? Has the question been asked in parliament, or is it a secret - in which case no one even knows whether you can sustain a war. The evidence we have is that you don't have equipment - as per your admission. |
Henry120: Yes, the military is inadequate to deal with terrorism holistically. Same with south-africa been unable to effectively deal with poaching. You should learn to your that pint-sized brian of yours. The anti-poaching operation is overseen by the Department of Environmental Affairs. It's not the same, I'm afraid. You have a state of emergency and an "all-out" military deployment. No one is arguing about who the top dog is. That you'd defeat South Africa is becoming an increasingly comical argument, given the disorganisation currently on display in Naai-geria. |
chris365: like i said you don't know what it means to ignore a post. now watch as i show you how to press on to the ignore button.Ignored and forgotten. The moment you put on an "intelligence cap", you'll get all the answers you need. *ignore button. |
chris365: exactly what i expected. to complicated for your weak brain. i bet you would have written a whole page if i had made a grammatical blunder. It's your rants that are being ignored - Not you, dear monkey. The moment you say something sensible, you'll get some traction. Now seeing as you've brought rants against facts... *ignore button stays on. By the way: chris365: exactly what i expected. to complicated for your weak brain. i bet you would have written a whole page if i had made a grammatical blunder.1, 2, 3 grammatical errors. No need to comment... Sense doesn't dwell here anyway. |
chris365: your comment reeks of ignorance and careless ranting. i wish your brain was brighter than your skinIf it was ranting, you would have ignored it. I know better. Can you see how I will ignore the rest of your post? Now that's how you deal with a rant. |
swanky@vodamail:We wasted pages and pages telling them something that they clearly know. SMH. |
all4naija: This is an excuse of a n-i-n-c-o-m-p-o-o-p!Perfect description of yourself. Quite apt and fitting. |
Henry120: You really are a fool1sh pig, not smart either. We have tried multiple approaches including negotiations, carrot and stick and what ever term people have for negotiations these days.Oh, your military is inadequate? Thanks for the admission. We've been saying. On to your other point - you haven't tried everything. Boko Haram happened because you failed in the foundations of nation-building. That's what you haven't tried. Sooner or later, you'll have to get back to basics. We both agree that your military's inadequate. Therefore, get wise and grow some intelligence. |
Henry120: I want you to tell me how the federal government neglected the north in favour of the south? My words below: CraigB: There are two sides to every story. Some would say three, even. Extremism doesn't arise out of a vacuum. It's not as if the North isn't neglected. It's not as if it's not one of the poorest and least educated regions in the whole wide world. Whose fault is that? The Naai-gerian nation brought Boko Haram upon itself because it lacks foresight. Now tell me where your red comes from. Ask me questions based on my words. Not yours. And while you are at that, realise Naai-gerians comprise Northerners and Southerners, so when you say "Nigerians have to figure out a solution", it includes the militants too. Brawn will never win. |
Henry120: Up until 2 weeks ago, there has not been a single incident of terrorists related activities in months. This August event is not a terrorist related activity? Sure, dude. Next. http://www.cnn.com/2013/08/13/world/africa/nigeria-attacks/index.html |
all4naija: Where would South Africa be without white people.Given that you've failed to tell us where Naai-geria would be without white people, you can be happily ignored and deemed an idîot. South African blacks continue to enjoy a beautiful country - a country better than Naai-geria. Insofar as crying rivers is concerned, you might as well lead the charges. |
Henry120: All those problems are as the result of the south in what way exactly? In the 53 years of nigeria's existence, the north has been in power in 35 of those years.North + South = Naai-geria. Naai-geeria is the cause of its own problems in this regard. Boko Haram did not arrive from outer space. It came out of Naai-geria because of Naai-geria. |
Henry120: You are a stup1d white pig. The problem is more complicated than what you had in south-africa. How do you negotiate with a person who believes that he would make paradise if he dies doing God's work? When a group makes a demand that all 90 million nigerian Christians including the president should convert to islam. Aren't those demands ludacris and down right frivolous? Let me bring it closer to home for you. Julius malema becomes the president of RSA tomorrow, and he then orders all 5 million white south africans to leave SA, claiming they aren't south africans despite living in south africa for over 400 years. Is such a demand achievable? You can foam in the mouth until you are blue in the face. You can throw a million insults. The fact remains. Naai-gerians are killing each other because they lack wisdom. Simple.Sooner or later, you will see the light and behave like normal human beings - go to the negotiating table. The point is Obasanjo saw it fitting to try negotiations. Jonathan saw it fitting to call for negotiations. These aren't stüpid white pigs, I believe. Never mind that. Why do you have Boko Haram in the first place? Because your leaders are useless, that's why. Your nation as a whole is useless. Had your leaders not spent their time neglecting the people of the North, there'd be no resentment today. But once again, your lack of foresight prevented you from doing what needed to be done to build a nation. You allowed Boko Haram to thrive. Even the name "Boko Haram" was deemed nothing more than a nickname for a harmless sect, in the early days. Look what you have now. It all boils down to one thing - lack of wisdom. There'd be no need for "brute force" had you employed the necessary foresight. All this is of your own making. Your nation cannot see farther than its noise. Damn humanoids. |
