Henry120: An extremist only needs to have a loaded AK-47 to throw the nation in mourning. Multiply by 5 extremists and at least 80 un-armed civilians are dead. He does not wear uniform, it is not written on his face, infact he seems more decent than the pope himself. So how do you tackle the problem? There are two sides to every story. Some would say three, even. Extremism doesn't arise out of a vacuum. It's not as if the North isn't neglected. It's not as if it's not one of the poorest and least educated regions in the whole wide world. Whose fault is that? The Naai-gerian nation brought Boko Haram upon itself because it lacks foresight. |
Henry120: 2) A negotiated settlement is not possible.Neither is a military victory, by the looks of things. So, you decide what it's gonna be. Brains always win against brawn. Look what brawn has given you. Death by the thousands. Boko Haram Islamists are as Naai-gerian as the Southerners are. To outsiders, it's just brother against brother. Very clever nation. ![]() |
Henry120: You are a stup1d fool. Try typing with some amount of sense abeg. How do you negotiate with an islamists? How do you go about that? Then I take it both myself and your government are "stûpid foöls". http://www.irinnews.org/report/96915/analysis-hurdles-to-nigerian-government-boko-haram-dialogue On 16 September 2011, former president Olusegun Obasanjo held talks with some Boko Haram members in their birthplace and stronghold, the northeastern city of Maiduguri, where they tabled demands for a ceasefire which included an end to arrests and killings of their members, payment of compensation to families of sect members killed by security personnel, and prosecution of policemen responsible for the killing of sect leader Mohammed Yusuf in June 2009. ____________ Truth hurts. You're killing each other because wisdom doesn't live in Naai-geria. No creativity. No thinking outside the box. Just guns and brawn. Ogres for Ogas. SMH. |
all4naija: I've given upI could've told you that. No surprises there. No answers. No surprises there either. |
all4naija: [i] I'll give up arguing with you.Of course you've given up. Wits' end, I believe. And with good reason too. Now once you lead us in song, and show us where Naai-geria would be without white people... |
all4naija: You have again failed to make your argument clear in this heated debate. You have only proven to be resorting to sophistry - a using fallacious argument as a means to deceive others. You don't deserve to be argued with. There's no argument. Just a simple question. Where would Naai-geria be without white people? |
all4naija: I have given answer to your question in my previous comment. You are very daft to see that, you i-d-i-o-t!And when you "gave the answer", the title of the thread had changed? You wish you'd given the answer. The question stands - where would Naai-geria be without white people? Simple.
|
all4naija: The title of the thread. Where would South Africa be without white people?Thank you for that amazing revelation. Now, where would Naai-geria be without Europeans? |
all4naija: [i]Have I ever defended Nigeria on that one? You seem to be very shortsighted in your approach. Nigeria is not perfect and it hasn't manage its oil very well. Now that you've admitted that you are disorganised, tell us where Naai-geria would be without white people. Naai-gerians in the picture below.
|
all4naija: [i] It is challenge from the angle that it doesn't make sense.Hardly any surprises there. Of course it's a challenge to you. We fully agree. Now, where would Naai-geria be without white people? Without Europeans? |
all4naija: Yes, it is a challenge to me. It is, looking at the people who are not organized to take care of their mines and society is able to manage a car manufacturing industry. That is really something questionable.Yes, we all know what a lovely job you are doing "managing" your oil industry. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-20081268 Nigeria: 'Oil-gas sector mismanagement costs billions' Now, where would Naai-geria be without colonisation? Without Europeans? Without white people? |
all4naija: [i]Yes, it is a challenge to me.I already said that. We agree. Full stop. |
all4naija: Your situation is worst than I thought earlier. I can't help you! All I can do for you is to advice you to reread my previous comment prior to this particular comment. It's a simple question. Answer it. Where would Naai-geria be without Europeans? Without colonisation? |
all4naija: Whatever you are alluding to here it is clear Nigerian Innoson is on the right track than that your South African superCART you called a sport ride. Jeez!Of course it's a challenge to you. No doubt about that. |
all4naija: I am yet to read about your answer to the question. Where would South Africa be without white people? I still don't understand why all of you keep dodging the question.Where would Naai-geria be without colonisation - without the British - without white people? Tell us. Europeans interfered all over Africa - even in Naai-geria. So, where would you be without Europeans? |
saengine: For me its no longer SA vs Nigeria. These are our African brothers being killed. This must end.saengine, sorry but the "African brothers" are not "being killed". They are killing each other. They are killing themselves. The "African brothers" laugh at South Africa's negotiated settlement and they think it's stüpid. You can't replace wisdom. Truth always. |
Thiza: NIGERIA IN TROUBLE......BH BOYS NOW IN ABUJA......@AGAUGUSTUS THIS IS NOT RHINO POACHING YOU ARE FACING OR SELEKE BOYS BUT REAL NIGERIANSYou forgot the picture. :-/ And these people say "at least 4 dead". https://www.nairaland.com/1446545/shooting-abuja-legislative-quarters-4

agaugust: ....Spin doctoring. Fail. As published 13 minutes ago. All your garbage cancelled out. ___________ http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-24169992 Scores dead in Nigeria after Boko Haram 'ambush' in Borno At least 87 people have been killed in an attack by Boko Haram militants in Nigeria's north-eastern Borno state, according to local officials. Disguised in military uniforms, the militants set up checkpoints outside the town of Benisheik and shot dead those trying to flee, witnesses said. They also razed dozens of buildings in Tuesday's attack. Boko Haram, which wants to create an Islamic state across Nigeria, has waged a deadly insurgency since 2009. Continue reading the main story Boko Haram at a glance Founded in 2002 Official Arabic name, Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda'awati wal-Jihad, means "People Committed to the Propagation of the Prophet's Teachings and Jihad" Initially focused on opposing Western education Nicknamed Boko Haram, a phrase in the local Hausa language meaning, "Western education is forbidden" Launches military operations in 2009 to create an Islamic state across Nigeria Founding leader Mohammed Yusuf killed in same year in police custody Succeeded by Abubakar Shekau, who the military wrongly claimed in 2009 had been killed Suspected to have split into rival factions in 2012 Military claims in August 2013 that Mr Shekau and his second-in-command Momodu Bama have been killed in separate attacks; no independent confirmation of claim From preachers to slave raiders Communications with Borno state have been severely disrupted since May, when a state of emergency was declared in Borno and two neighbouring states. But attacks have increased recently despite a massive military deployment to worst-affected areas. Local vigilante groups have been formed to help counter the militants but scores of these volunteers have been killed in recent weeks. Borno state governor Kashim Shettima visited the scene on Thursday, and described the killings as "barbaric and un-Islamic", and pledged financial assistance to relatives of the victims. The Boko Haram members drove into the town in about 20 pick-up trucks, AFP quoted an anonymous security source as saying He said they were heavily-armed, some with "anti-aircraft guns". Benisheik was also the scene of fierce clashes earlier this month, which reportedly left five militants and 13 vigilante members dead. The town lies 70km (45 miles) west of the state capital, Maiduguri, where Boko Haram was founded in 2002. Last month, the army said it had killed Boko Haram's leader Abubakar Shekau but this has not been confirmed and the militants' attacks have continued. Observers says it appears Boko Haram is taking revenge against vigilante groups, adding weight to fears that the strategy may trigger an escalation of the violence. ________ An army that cannot fight its own battles and protect citizens. SMH. |
all4naija: What are you talking about? Didn't that include Nigeria as being colonized? You are very silly, my friend. What you listed applies to everyone that's been colonised. Somalia included. It's not evidence of where Naai-geria would be. It's speculation. You're an idïot. Where would Naai-geria be without colonisation? Based on what evidence? Your whole exercise is stüpid, as demonstrated by your failure to answer this question. And you have an inferiority complex, as demonstrated by the value you place on the opinion of "the West", your denial of the fact that you are black, your hatred of your blackness, and your belief that you're useless because you are black. The only reason for your uselessness is that you're an ape. Race has nothing to do with it. |
all4naija: First and foremost, the disadvantage of colonization has been seen to have psychological impact on those colonized thereby making them to feel incapable of doing things on their own without colonial masters meddling on them. You truly are an idïot. Assuming - only assuming it were true, the above could be said for every colonised nation. You have no evidence specific to Naai-geria. The whole thread is based on fluff and as can be seen, your own inferiority complex - which you deserve because you're a monkey. The stüpidity of your exercise has been laid bare by yourself. |
all4naija: Without colonization Nigeria would probably be more developed than it is today and going along with the West without any animosity.Based on what evidence? |
agaugust: .The same Umkonto we siswe that makes up part of the SANDF today. You have no point. Wear your Boko Haram bliksem hat. Your military is useless. And the article does not say "2000 killed by MK". |
NaijaPikinGidi: For your information, more Nigerian Army soldiers will gallantly die fighting for the country ... that is for sure! But our troops will NEVER abandon the the mission like your coward SANDF models did against a ragtag SELEKA. If casualties are sustained, it is the more reason to finish-off the fight ... and like true warriors we finished-off the over 4 hours fight, dislodged and cleared out the forest leaving over 150 dead Boko Haram insurgents. We are still standing and there is no Shekau to make any more propaganda videos of terrorist rantings. They don't have a choice. They are stuck in Naai-geria, their country. They had a choice in Mali and they went home. It's not as if you can argue anything other than the above anyway. Spin doctoring. Fail. |
Thiza: @graig lets wait for excuses and missed placed counter excuses including off the mark patriotic vitrolic statements.....shooooo hard to be NigerianYup. They thrive on pulling other people down and they forget that they have a weak underbelly. I still remember one idîot posting here and celebrating some ceasefire. When he was challenged, he barked for two days. Now look at this. They hid the raid of May 12. They waited all weekend before they revealed this "ambush" - busy cooking their books, no doubt. |
Thiza: NOW THE ILL DISCIPLINE NIGERIAN ARMY IS REVOLTING/MUTINY READ BELOWLike fôols, they rushed to turn Seleka into a joke. Now look at this mess. Poor planning. No aerial support. Ambush. Protests by soldiers. Missing personnel. Death. Tears and pain. In the land of their forefathers. Who's laughing now? |
gst101: Thanks to apartheid darknessThe BMW engine is thanks to World War II darkness. You have no point. "Continuous improvement" is the phrase. |
swanky@vodamail: ![]() I think Saffa Naai-ralanders may go on holiday until Naai-gerian find some time traveling device to erase this latest boko haram episode. It is obvious that we've been wasting out time with these people. They don't have a military. They have a loser-itary. |
DictatorZAR: Look at this Aso baboon found the internet now his trying to teach English.Yup. He even talks about "a rag taged militia", instead of a "ragtag military". #Deathby bad English teacher. gst101: oooookaaaaaay, i am sure you wanted to say that it doesn't change the fact that your SELEKA experience will forever be a reference point on how a rag taged militia can defeat a republican army. |
gst101: you this Indian cobra!"Spelling" does not have a plural, idîot. "Punctuation" does not have a plural. "I" is capitalised. "Referring" is spelt with two "Rs" - not one. "You this Indian cobra" is kak grammar. You don't begin a sentence with small letters. You suck and you shouldn't be giving people advice about grammar. You're useless. |
swanky@vodamail:Swanky, I don't think you need to consider advice from a person who can't use proper punctuation. Someone who leaves commas out of sentences and who has no idea where to use capital letters. Look at his "Is" and the beginning of his sentences. He even has a plural for "spelling". Some English teacher, this. |
swanky@vodamail:Yup. Their own brother monkeys. Technically, they did it to themselves. Naai-gerian vs Naai-gerian. |
