No. As a Partner in a Partnership business, you cannot be legally separated from the business so you are taxed under the Personal Income Tax Act. Your tax clearance certificate will be issued by the tax authority of the state you conduct your business and to which you invariably pay your tax to.

My question is how come these violent groups always justify their actions with islam and nothing else....they claim they are doing the will of their God and that's my exact confusion...as long as there is a basis for such violent actions then people's perception will always be - islam is a violent religion.

When you cite other groups that are engaged in other vices and these groups are within christian-dominated areas: do they come out and claim categorically that their actions are motivated by being christians?....answer is 'NO'....nobody will base any violent/dastardly act on christianity cos there's no justification for such in d bible. Such people are not christians but mere church-goers.
