It may not be as difficult as you think. First, introduce it to people close to you, then use "word of mouth" to exptend your market. Don't attempt to cover a large segment of the market at once unless you believe you have the capacity to meet the demand.

From what i have seen, it does work to ask questions, only that your question must be intelligent and align with the objectives of the organization. if you have done your homework by doing a thorough investigation of the organization, you can ask a question that will make you appear as a progressive person.
To do that,you must of course appear confident as though you are an asset that they can't afford to miss (i don't mean arrogance)

While i agree with you to some extent, my view is that people sometimes don't appreciate things they get for free. such things are taken for granted. Besides,if you get the information for free, you are at the mercy of the person giving it because he is doing you a favour. on the other hand, if you pay for the information you get, you have the right to make demands of the giver.

also, the person who is giving the information is giving you invaluable knowledge that he/she acquired over the years from experience, there is no amount that you can pay that will be too much, in as much as the information is genuine and it delivers the promised expectations.
