What has this got to do with the clear case of electoral fraud you talk about the total of what inec uploaded but the issue is this not just what is on inec portal, is if it corresponds to what was done at the polling units, I don't know why you guys can't just get it, there were polling units where elections were not held but ballot papers were cast there how come? Some had doctored figures even that of my sister's polling unit in benin does not match with what is on inec portal.
