Spirit of Okija: Not impressed.. No real value

This sounds like a joke

No Value to the people..

Nice.. But still not impressed

Nice move for primary and secondary level (falls in line with the UBE scheme), tertiary part shows that he has no idea what a university is all about...

The dumbest thing he has done as a governor since sharing kerosene in a crowded stadium..

No specifices again.. Pictures to prove it as well.. Plus roads without drainages = Graded road...

Dont get it!! How does this help his government?!

I'm sure you laughed when you typed this..

Interesting stuff!! Now you you mean PALM or did you just say kernel.. How do you farm kernel biko nu?! Hmm.. please explain

Like flood gates, security gates or what?! How does this make sense sef?! Whats the merit of this?! LIke seriously!! Nna this is worse than I thought...

Nice... But you only spoke of one school.. Rivers State government did 2 schools per LGA and now they are launching the second phase to bring it up to four.. Rochas is slacking!!

Like seriously!!? Hotel?! na wah for Imo state people o!! Is this what you call development?!

If this is true and can be proven with pictures to be GENERAL HOSPITALS and not HEALTH CENTRES then he score a lovely point here...

WHAT THE FHUCK is the meaning of this nonsense biko?! Mtchewwww!! NEXT!!

Call me when they get past paper level.. RIver State already produces enough power to serve the sate and even sell to the government..

Shey na Rochas be PHCN now?! Abi no be federal government own electricity provision and distribution again?!!

The program sounds and ridiculous as the name .. No futher comment..

Tell us more about this school and what it does and is suppose to achieve... what certificate do they award..

Now!! I had no idea that we had schools of scientists .. This is really ground breaking from Otimpku Okorocha.. My God.. Imo State is in deep s'hit!!

My goodness gracious.. Its worse than I thought.. Imo state is a hopeless state judging from the crap I'm seeing here.. Like are you for real?! This is part of his achievements?! Fhuck me!!

Nna men.. Uwa wu pawpaw men, YOR!!

This one I have to see.. This is not the first, second or last time a government would launch such a scheme.. Please feel free to drop pictures...

There are some i did not list here.....

He did all these in just 1 year. Imagine what Imo will become in 4 years.

In one year.. Rochas has done absolutely nothing of worth for Imo State.. If not that Aregbesola built a 15000watt dam with 300million Naira, I would have said rochas is the worst governor in Nigeria.. Now I have nothing but pity on Imo State residents..
My brother, Come to Imo state and see how comfortable people are with Rochas. The only black spot to his tenure so far is that he mismanaged the 4th tier government of a thing. The Civil servants were not really carried along. But then that is Human for you, we all make mistakes. It was too dictatorial. But It is better that we have a governor who is doing projects than some idle politician.

The ICAPS is a school where professional can go to acquire advanced training and upgrade their professional skills. Their courses cover a lot of professions like management, security, entertainment, oil and gas etc. I have heard testimonies from one of the students doing a security program there. He says even the army, Police, etc are going there for training by American SWAT personnel. The school is very high tech.

We don't really know what the gates are for, but i hear it's for security reasons.

I have seen the foundation laying ceremony of one of the General hospitals, but what i ma not sure is if it will really be equipped to function like one.

I am not an agriculturist. It is a palm plantation to produce different varieties of palm products.

The school classrooms are sited in almost all the LGAs. But the 50 in owerri is mearnt to house some governement schools that were merged. It's even upto 100 classrooms.

Almost every project i have listed here are things i have seen with my eyes. I don't advertise things i have not seen.

BusinessRe: What Lucrative Business Can I Do With 500,000? I Dont Want Online Business by croj(m): 9:22pm On Apr 12, 2012
You can invest in fixed assets like housing, land etc. Not sure if N500k will be enough, so you may still need some more cash. But i tell you, Real estate is a very lucrative business in a country like Nigeria that need sufficient housing. If you are a serious investor, you will recover your cost over time if the feasibility study is properly done, plus good strategy to attract customers with quality services.

Why don't you try mushroom farming. The hotels will buy the mushrooms off you if you contact them, however, if you want a diverse client base, then a small advert in a newspaper of "mushroom for sale along with your mobile number", will open up requests from everywhere the newspaper covers.

BusinessRe: #3million Naira To Invest by croj(m): 11:54pm On Mar 13, 2012
The good business opportunity is having a school of your own, be it creche, nursery, primary or secondary. No matter how small it is. Employ some administrators to manage it for you. This could be your close friends or relatives.

BusinessRe: What Business Can I Start with a 200,000N capital? by croj(m): 11:42pm On Mar 13, 2012
The saw mills is a good venture for you. find out if your state is lacking in state-of-the-art saw mills and see how you can provide that service and make your money. This is an industry that passes through generations, because tyhe raw materials are there (iroko, mahogany, obeche, rubber, and other economic trees). the demand is also forever as people will continue to build, modernise and require wood and wood products.
