You will be given a medical forms from the school clinic which you will take to any assigned hospital within the geographical location of abeokuta, at the hospital your health status will be tested including your eyes sight (short or long sighted measured by distance of letters) in case you need glasses to enable you see clearly in class and while u read at home, You most note that medical fee is attracted (you will pay to the school and to the hospital that conducted the cross examination On you. After doing and obtaining the result of the test, u will then take it to the school clinic where the forms was earlier issue, that when the school doctor will critically examine your healthwise and recommend what u will need to undergo your smooth and uninterrupted surgon in Mapoly

Happening beyond the walls of MAPOLY

Students of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, in conjunction with the representatives of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) yesterday staged a peaceful protest over the continued closure of polytechnics across the country. The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has been on strike since October 4, 2013 demanding better working conditions from the federal government. Offa Poly is the only institution in Kwara State that is on strike. The University of Ilorin which is also a federal government-owned institution has not been partaking in ASUU strikes for over a decade and it didn’t join the last six-months ASUU strike that was suspended recently. The students are riled that the federal government has failed to demonstrate ample commitment to resolve the strike as it did to ASUU. They took to the streets yesterday in protest in two campuses of the polytechnic disrupting vehicular movement. The ever-busy Oshogbo road was blocked causing terrific traffic gridlock around the area.
Chairman of NANS Joint Campus Committee (JCC), Kwara axis, Comrade Ibrahim Abdulrazak Jeje, told our correspondent that the union was alarmed and surprised that the federal government has not shown enough concern and commitment to end the strike. He said, “We are surprised that the government has not shown any interest about the strike. They have not even met the ASUP members to discuss with them. We are tired of staying at home and we want the strike called-off.”
He said the students would continue the protest until the authorities granted their request. Also speaking, President of the Students Union Government (SUG), Offa Poly chapter, Comrade Adedeji Festus Olusegun, lamented that the union is tired of the strike because of its attendant effect on their studies. *culled out from Daily Trust*

Authorities of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta have announced Friday, 10th January, 2014 as the date for the last batch of entrance examination into National Diploma Part-Time and Higher National Diploma Programmes of the Polytechnic.The e-examination, which will hold on Friday, 10th January, 2014 is expected to be attended by all candidates seeking admission into all available National Diploma Part-Time and Higher National Diploma Programmes of the Polytechnic.Candidates, who must have processed the on-line application and screening forms of the Polytechnic, are expected to be on campus by 9:00am.Entrance into the examination halls shall be based on the provision of the print-out of the completed on-line screening form.Candidates are enjoined to visit the Polytechnic’s website on www.mapoly.edu.ng or on Twitter handle @MAPOLY info or Facebook on www.facebook.com/Moshood Abiola Poly info for further details.

Tade was almost falling from the hold of the door knob he rested on, his cloth drench in pool of is blood, still gushing out from the left shoulder where he has been shot, he is getting weaker by the minute and I am confuse of what to do, I could only ask what happen. I asked repeatedly times uncountable. He speaks with a fainting voice like the noise of a fading winds, am family with the beginning, but then, I might have been dead too assuming I went with Tade olorunshina to the house of the Gold’s Family.
We meet Shade Gold at the bus top of Hill Estate along lekky aja express road; I sighted her first and admire her before touching Tade with my shoulder to behold his eyes, I think the beauty and assess he behold was beyond him to curtail as he gear forward to explore and try his luck, I was some how disappointed, but then again, I am known for my slow starting, I moved along to eavesdrop on their conversation, who knows, it might be amusing and I might pick up some lines. Actually it was amusing and grossly embarrassing, God, are we that looking dirty, this insult is too much, I move with laughter of shame. Female abuses don’t really get to me, but I think Tade couldn’t take it that’s why he took the rigor of tracking her and doing what he did. I ended the conversation the way Tade ended it with his last breath, as I was (‘’he” in my world) running, I heard a shot; I kept running until I suddenly start getting weak and weaker. I asked who fired the shot, but before I could conclude what Tade said, Shade who is now teary and staring straight in my watery eyes said my father did.
The tears which as been lingering dropped from her face, she was crying the remain of the tears she cried a year ago, I felt a drip of tears too, but they were for my best friend death and not Shade who was deflowered. We both moved towards each other as if being propel by a magnetical attraction, she buried her head in my chest as I tried to wipe the tears off her face, I was caught in a dark balls that extinguished my memory of Tade my friend, twin brother and father in time of needs.

I strode into my office and sat on my black turning wheel leather chair, i roll facing back the door while I stare point blank at the wall before me, resting my head at the same time with a mind full of prayer, oh God, mark today as one of my success day. As I was dosing off into a deep sleep due to the stress, I heard my office door forcefully open, with noises from a stranger and a restraining nurse, ‘’I said the doctor is tired he need rest and he can’t see you now’’ said nurse Sayo, but before she could stop the stranger she find her way in. I turn almost immediate and unseated with worry due to the sound of the door, what I see before me was the image I left in doctor Bimpe Aderibigbe office five month ago in sierra Leon. Oh no, not again.
Dumbfounded, my gaze travel in revise of time, my stare was an insight of the past, the only vision I had was not a vision of the future but of the past memories rushing back like the falling water. I adjusted my bottom on the seat, dragging my leg in a mode to stand up, but too weak to find a grip of my legs and pull my joint upright, instead, I raise my right leg and abridge it across the left leg while the other was independently suspended in the air on the other. She stood at the entrance firmly, unshaken and stare into my dangling eyes, I felt and arrow was penetrating into my skull, until she move a step further and took the visitor seat without being invited to do so, anyway, that was the least thing I bother about, I was too much in shock, I excuse myself to the agent, not intending to run this time, as I stood to turn around the table into the private doctor’s toilet, as I move closer toward the exit, I felt a cool arm around my wrist, I could perceived a scent of freshly relaxed hair in the air, I could fell the heart beat and the stimulate of annoyance, but then again, the eyes that stare at me was a mixtual of anger and pleas, so innocent and harmless, I was transfixed, I couldn’t move neither could I talk until she move closer and held me warmly, then we move in a refraining way back to where we both stood up.
Why do you disappear from me? She asked innocently, I had no sincere reply, but then again, I thought it will be better if she knows the truth. The memory flashes again in brain, the scene I have been trying to forget, no, no, no, I won’t talk about this, I vocalized unconsciously, shade said ‘’what?, please talk to me’’, hmmm, there is something in that eyes that keep pushing me beyond my stubborn horizon and for I haven’t thought about for a year now came to my mind, maybe, just maybe if I tell her, the memory of the NIGHT OF AVENGER will relief me of this boarding for live, but all the same Tade is dead and nothing can bring him back even if Sade forgive him justice has already taken it course almost the same time offence was committed.
I was fast asleep, already tired from the day’s work, Saturday is always an overwork time for internship trainees, I could even hear my own snore from exhaustion, far from my world, a policeman was trying to forcefully open my newly acquired Range Rover jeep door, I was shouting don’t leave me alone I will move ooo, suddenly, he was hitting his security stick on the body of my new car, the sound is loud and horrible, the stick is moving in the direction of my head, towards the wind glass, sighting the gesture movement of the black koodo, I shifted my head toward the left, even while in a car with the whole glasses windup, I panic in horror, the banging continue till I suddenly woke up to the banking of my door, oh no, at this time, who could it be?, I panic as a thought flip in my mind, but then, I stood and move closer to the door to peep from the door hole enlarger, what I saw, was the beginning of a situation I found myself in now.

you most definitely right, but the culture of the society we are doesnt encourage or empower a woman to get back at her husband.

i think the faster government start regulating the kind of films being release into the system the better, media violence will only strong the future of our youth the more.

My life wouldn’t stand still if I couldn’t achieve some of the things I set to achieve at a particular time, if God chooses to differ the time, I assume, he knows best and if he doesn’t make it possible when I needed it, I believe he has a better one for me. Death is inevitable and the life we had to live is short, no extension and no deferment, it either you are alive now or you dead, including those lying on the sick bed, they die when their date and time runs out, and some will still live to be discharge. The fact remains, lives will be determinate irrespective of who you are and what you own, so therefore, let us live happily for the short time we have to live

7. Pick my bag and other items, drop at the office and home, but never tamper with my belongings.

8. Declare any items found in the car that is not yours.

9. Don’t change my directive without clearance from me.

10. Be polite, courteous and professional at all times.

11. Observe safety rules and regulations at all times.

12. Report any inconvenience on the road when I’m not in the car.
