RomanceHow Long Was Your Shortest Relationship? by crownbryan(op): 12:34pm On Dec 17, 2013
the phenomenon of our origin, birth and tribe, make us have different character, our blood line is a more reason we cant merge . it is not abnormal or unnatural when two people find it difficult to live with each other, because it is human nature to feel strange when they are confronted by unavoidable situation, strange like dealing with other strangers you adore but find it difficult or extremely hard to get along with them, of course, your first date create a different impression that you have met a great person, but with the subsequent date, he/she reveal her true character and you realized you cant date this person or cant cope with the strange being you stumble over just some weeks, months or years ago.
sincerely, can you tell me how long is your shortest relationship has ever lasted before it finally crumble and have you ever thought of making up after breaking up?

I felt an upsurge of substance inside me, my stomach became suddenly in war of itself, rumbling making me to almost vomit the little spaghetti I had around 7:30am, I made an excuse to visit the gent then I made my escape from the scene and that was the last time I saw Shade Gold, the daughter of clergy Gold and Bright Gold, both ministers of works and trade respectively in the lower chamber of Sierra Leon.
It been five month now, I had finished serving my two years internship at the federal medical center (FMC) Sierra Leon, gain employment two years back in Lagos at Guardian Hospital (GH) situated in Obanikoro, Lagos mainland. I specialized in the blind ophthalmology branch of medicine specializing in the anatomy, function and diseases of the eye. Ophthalmologists specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of eye disorders, vision measurements for glasses (refraction), eye muscle exercises (orthoptics), and the prevention of blindness and care of any other organs that makes the eyes function properly and see clearly without any impediment.
Today being Wednesday, 9th November, 2011, I had an earlier call on duty to attend to a patient who needs to undergo a surgical operation before the right eye get further deteriorated and start affecting the left eye. I rose up sluggishly from sleep, had a quick bath, eat then brush and dash out of my two bed room flat at Gbagada face1 housing estate, drive speedily in my three month old NIxian explorer and reverberated into the high way that link me to obanikoro, as I rode like a manic my name was being raise over the caller, Dr. Ayo Adeleke, please, the patient needs to go into the theatre now, you are the only doctor remaining to join the crew. I listen unconsciously, oh jess, not now, holdup at this early hour of 5:55am. Hmmm, I put my head on the wheel, left hands placed awkwardly on the dash board. As I raise my head the road was cleared, that young girl must really be praying hard, God answers prayer o, in a jiffy, I was at the hospital, taking three steps at a time, went into the surgical preparation room, the air condition cool my brain at fight entry, I was relax sighting the white acoustic wall and the theatre flood light, facing down the patient now lying on the bed, smell of a viro mira gems disinfectant took hold of all the four corners, my heart skip off beat, but in medicine, confident and relaxation is one of the intrinsic element instill in us, especially during are bisection practical in 400 level when we are ask to bisect a corpse and identify every part of its body, many girls fainted, even some guys, I vomited but at the end of the day, we all do our part and that is first stage of coming face to face and interacting with a dead body.
With all the coolant emanating from the conditioners mounted across the OPR, strip of sweat appear dripping from my fore head and the meddle of my brain is heating, being the major specialist in orthoptics with two pairing doctors who specialized in plastic surgery in case any thing goes wrong, I was sweating like a castrated goat.
The major ailment of my patient is Glaucoma which occurs when the pressure inside the eye becomes so high that it damages the optic nerve. In diabetic retinopathy, blood cells and serum leak out of the blood vessels and damage the retina. Retinal detachment occurs when the retina is separated from the underlying choroid and sclera, the fibrous base of the eye. I maneuver to correct the senile macular which as begin to degenerate, hmmm, really tough and hectic day, at 6:02pm, we finish, and await result in a week time when the bandage will be remove.

EPISODE ONE
SHADE GOLD: THE MISSING LINK
This is the live story of Shade Gold, a light skinny, fair complexion, average 5 to 6 inches height, natural long hair, inquisitive peaking eye balls, natural colorful lips and a gifted sensitive being.
Shade Gold, a lady I met at a clinic two days ago. Excuse me nurse, can you administer drugs for me without needn’t to see the doctor, the voice pierce through from behind to the passing nurse at the clinic walkway, I shifted my attention from Aderonke the nurse with whom I was standing, into the eyes of a mesmerizing young lady, I was caught in fixated gaze by Aderonke who is now seeming jealous as she answer rudely, no, you have to follow the protocol and queue to see the doctor. I thought, anyway, maybe that the way nurses are habitually paranoid. I interrupted almost immediately, I guess your condition needs urgent attention, follow me, then I took her to see doctor Bimpe Aderibigbe, a smart Phd holder young chip, thank God, today wasn’t her busy day.
As I step in, she welcome me with a rather cold eyes, I understand that look better (not welcome), as a usual habit, I went straight to the point, Hello doctor, I brought someone who needed urgent medical advice and attention, she replied; and who told you I have the time?, I didn’t shift a ground, I turn to leave, then I heard bring the person in.
Shade and I sat our asses down inconveniently, facing adjacent to the doctor table, in her case, I understand why she might be feeling inconvenience based on what she told me on our way to Bimpe’s office, but I don’t think she has said all, in my case, the doctor sitting adjacent across was once an EX. Now bringing another lady to met her, I wonder what she’s thinking especially, when Shade said, good evening ma, I am 3 months old pregnant and I was told by a pastor that if I had the baby I might loss my life, please ma, I need an advice or an abortion.
With disgusted look, Bimpe ask, ‘’who is the father? I knew what she meant, she knew we both know, but shade wouldn’t know, but she replied innocently, I was rape by a disguise robber. Hmmm, that rings a bell to my hearing, a circumstance that brings people together is a bastard at times, no, it can’t be. What the hell am I still sitting doing here?
