Well, I have stopped using netsol cos of their renewal cost. I see many people rushing to use their promo codes but the question is how many people can afford more than $30 for renewal in case the domains don't sell after one year.
Anyway, transfer is an alternative but not free either.

Regg on netsol, request for auth code once domain can be transferred out. if the name is about expiring and you intend to renew it, transfer to Epik for about $8-10.

Hey guys see what I found. I saw this way to do Mail Merge using Google Sheets for free. So that's goodbye to 50 emails per day limitations from Gmass.

What I dont know about this
1. it may send to spam folder. Not sure
2. it's an untrusted script and Google rightly warns you. It requests for the usual permissions to view, delete and send emails using from your email.

Then lastly, it's only mass sending, no way to check email opens.

Honestly I'm still trying to grasp the marketplace. The fact is they are not consistent. Last month i had 29accepted, Last 2weeks i had 12 accepted, last week 7, and dis week ZERO, u can see their inconsistency. If it's about mastering, i believe i should be improving rather than decreasing. But they are not consistent.

Nonetheless, all i can say is study their keywords, and focus on 2compound words, if at all u want to see acceptance. Forget madeUp and blend

But generally i don't buy alot of domains. If at all i buy much i would have been 200+ but i have just 80.
I strongly have selection criteria and i tend to stick to it. That has restricted me really, but as far as my criteria works for me, then I'm okay.

I noticed sending mails individually drastically improves delivery rate but it takes a lot of time, which I don't have.

I tried sending about 150 mails individually (for a domain) and I spent close to 2 hours or there about. Local man just can't. (Respect to iKhalyfah in this aspect, u r d boss)

The suggestions/solutions I've gotten so far (based on my limitations) are:

Solution 1: Open lots of gmail accounts in order to be able to use the free version of Streak, which has a mail-merge limit of 50 emails per day.

Problem:
Won't it look unprofessional to have plenty of email accounts like abc23,abc24,abc25,abc26, and so on when outbounding? Moreover, I would have to break down each list into smaller batches of 50 to enable me send.


Solution 2: Register for a Pro Gmass account and try to use an old gmail account that would enable me to send close to 500 messages per day.

Problem:
I only have one email old enough that I can spare for outbounding. However, the email doesn't look professional. The current email accounts I use have low sending limits (about 150 messages per day), which isn't enough. And using two or more gmail accounts means paying for more gmass subscription.


Solution 3: Use custom email addresses and get a paid email tracking feature with it.

Problem:
Custom emails and gmail spam folder are 5 & 6. Moreover, Namecheap now have a limit of 50 messages per hour. Abi, what's the essence of sending a lot of emails if most of them would end up in your recipients spam boxes?


Any idea on how to improve email deliverability and reduce the time spent on outreach? Or do I accept fate and be sending my mail one by one

To your question, I have two emails I use and both are old so I figure they have higher sending limits. Encountered the Streak/Gmass restrictions few days ago when I wanted to send 70 + emails. I split it between my two mails. Another option is to send 50 with Streak and 50 with Gmass on each email. Repeat for a second email.

I got 4 answers

1. Namebounce - Doesn't allow you to submit keywords in bulk but it gives suggestions similar to your inputted keywords. Useful.
2. Namebright - Allows bulk input but no starting and ending keyword column similar to that of ED.
3. Dynadot Bulk Search - Allows bulk input but no starting and ending keyword column similar to that of ED.
4. Keywordin - Has starting and ending keyword column similar to ED. Allows bulk input. BUT you will have to manually look out for which domain is registered and unregistered.. Close enough..

Figured it out...

Copy the domain results from keywordin and input into DynadotBulkSearch . It will easily show you the ones that are taken and available. FIRE.

lol dotomator.com does all this in one place. Only snag is it sometimes shows backorder names as available for registration. So don't get too excited when you see some names as available

on the upside you can attempt to backorder such names.

2. Depends. If you copy all leads (company name + email) into MS Excel and sort alphabetically, you can easily remove double entries before you start outbounding.
3. Didn't know the exact page but I've noticed the results get bad.

How to extract email addresses from yellowpages with just one click.

I dnt know if you guys already know about it, but there's this amazing pc app called "Reoon yellow pages scrapper,this app scraps through pages of yellow pages to extract emails for you.

I was able to scrap mails for about 50 of my geo domains within two days and got more than 30,000 emails all stored in a CSV file.

Found this app 5 days ago and outbounded like 5 domains with the mail it generated and two got sold, so the mails it spits out are Truely from yellow pages and end user's website attached to yellowpages......

@bolded This is impressive.

You can scrape YP using the chrome extension webscraper. Someone mentioned it here and it works though it's not automatic like this and needs some learning. I use it and import to streak or copy addresses to Gmass. I like how this one's result is presented, nice product.

If you can combine the two, use both. I've tried scraping Yellowpages and after a while the data starts to repeat. Sometimes, people put fake email addresses on their YP. Scraping YP is nice, gets the result done fast but Google maps means you go to the original site and get the email. Less email bounceback.

If there was a way to scrape that google maps. Maybe the scraper goes to the google maps page, scan for entries with websites, if yes, visit website, scan for '@' on the webpage and copy text around @ stopping at blank spaces. Scraped data will be jumbled but with time one can automate the cleaning.

Industry standard practice is to list brandables on exclusive marketplace & let them do their thing

List the others they didn't accept(or those you don't want to lock down) in non exclusive market place, then outbound to those one

@bolded Figured you know this but Basic Plus names can be listed on other marketplaces. Just that the NS must point to SH. That's why I once asked the positives on listing for Basic Plus domains for more commission when an Afternic and Dan listing goes for less.

1. No special rationale behind it. I see someone using longer version, I buy shorter version and pitch it to him. Doesn't always work but it's worth the 8 bucks.

3. All my nameservers are of dan. But I list my domains in almost all major market places you can think of.

Seems afternic is doing a better job than squadhelp here.

I recently dropped Over 100 names from my portfolio and renewed around 40 names. That's the result of not regging long term / quality names. Trimming my portfolio at the moment to suit quality over, quantity.

Between none of these sales just happened,i have to wait and wait and wait again. In Domaining patience is virtue. Sometimes it's a waiting game(especially for Brandable Names), other times you just get lucky.

I've been weighing the Squadhelp vs Afternic issh too. For one SH prices are generally lower, so one has little wiggle room
