Please I need advice,
There's a lady who has been knacking since January now and before we started knacking, I asked her what she wanted. She said she love me and she want a good relationship with me.
I went ahead and gave her my principles if she want us to date.
I told her:
1. No billing or Transfer.
2. No PDA for now.
3. She must be able to plan life with me.

She accepted and I placed her on probation.
She has passed these tests, she's so caring and always the first to call and check up on me. But She's a little clingy.

We have been happy together all time.
But the only problem I'm having now is she stays with her parent and she still keeps her relationship away from her parents and brothers.

I called her 4days ago and she didn't pick up calls and she picked up without saying anything. I just zeroed my mind deleted her number and blocked her from all angles. The thing is I've talked to her about this issue of keeping the relationship like a student relationship is what I don't like. She told me she will adjust.

I blocked her for the whole day, she tried to reach me but to no avail until another number called to tell me she was in the hospital and I called talked to her. I said I will like to see her on an n video call but she accepted and switched off her phone again till evening. I knew she was not in any hospital.

I'm not trying to be so strict with her but at this point in my life, I'm not ready to start playing around with any girl. Once I don't see what I'm looking for in her, I feel like dumping her and moving on.

But somehow I felt I've begun to develop feelings for her as throughout the whole day I blocked her, I observed my mind was at her side TBH

Now we are back talking. Now the question is. Should I let her go because presently I'm looking for a woman who I will plan my life with and see her as a partner, not any kind of girl just for knack?

I suffered GERD last year; every morning it got worse because the acid would always flow back to my oesophagus while I was sleeping. Breathing was a also a huge challenge because I was always having shortness of breath, so this is how I cured mine without medication.

- If you have a soft bed, then sleep on the floor with about two pillows to raise your head.
- Eat about three hours before going to bed and ensure you stay upright for about one hour after eating.
- Avoid smoking
- Reduce foods that can trigger heartburn.
- Drink plenty of water.

Just do this and in about 4 to 6 weeks, you'll be completely healed. GERD sucks.

Your body will heal itself. Just watch what you eat. Drink lots of water. Nothing but water for at least 2-3months. Then your mindset. You have to firmly believe that this too shall pass. And it will gradually without you even knowing how

Yes oh. I’m just scared of my life. After battling with depression and getting myself back now sickness want to frustrate me

All this started few weeks ago with indigestion and i went to the pharmacy and i was given antacid.
In the way back 2016 i tested positive to H pylori
And i watch what i eat for triggers and it went away which sometimes i feel some heartburn i stay hungry for a long time.
All my problem started when i started smoking heavily during December due to depression.
On chrimass day i took alot of alcohol and i got indigestion which took 5days to go away after treating with antacids and some other trial.

Foolishly I continued my lifestyle in one week.
8daya ago, after eating late, smoked and went direct to bed... i started having shortness i breath as if someone is strangling me.
I jump up and rushed to the pharmacy and i was given some drugs related to athsma but no relieve.
So the next morning i searched my symptoms and i learnt its Gerd smoking is part of what triggered the acidity. Immediately i kicked off anything related to smoking in my room and vowed in my life never to smoke again as it wasnt part of me before but depression pushed me when i nearly committed suicide.
Going to the pharmacy again i told them i have Gerd and the man prescribed Mix Mag and i took which gave relief but it will come and go.
I started searching about it online. I learnt foods to avoid and I’ve been avoiding them strictly. But stormed on a thread and i learnt a drug omeprazole which i bought and it was giving me relief and i also go out in the morning for road walk.
2days ago due to the persistence of the symptoms but it was actually mild which makes me scared and feel uncomfortable i went back to the pharmacy and the doctor there prescribed Cemitidine Injection and also gave me Clarythromycin and Amoxil which i take with Omeprazole. Ever since i started the clarythromycin and started feeling nausea and bitterness in my mouth.
Tonight got worst and it made me nearly faint as i was so week and i started feeling dry throat with lumps and couldn’t sleep up till this moment I’m just awake.
Please i need advise because I’m scared.
I try as much as possible to search food before i eat.
But since I started the clarythromycin recently it’s like it became worst.
Someone should help me.
