Cancer starts when cells begin to grow out of control. Cells in nearly any part of the body can become cancer, and can spread to other areas of the body. Breast cancer is a malignant tumor that starts in the cells of the breast. A malignant tumor is a group of cancer cells that can grow into (invade) surrounding tissues or spread (metastasize) to distant areas of the body. The disease occurs almost entirely in women, but men can get it, too. There are many different types of breast cancer such as inflammatory breast cancer, carcinoma etc which are grouped according to their modes of spread. But I will not be talking about this you can download KNOWING BREAST CANCER Free for more info. I will be concentrating on the symptoms of breast cancer. Screening refers to tests and exams used to find a disease, like cancer, in people who do not have any symptoms. The goal of screening exams, such as mammograms, is to find cancers before they start to cause symptoms. Breast cancers that are found because they can be felt tend to be larger and are more likely to have already spread beyond the breast. But screening exams can often find breast cancers when they are small and still confined to the breast and this early detection of breast cancer increases one's chances of survival. In the fight against cancer early detection is very important and that is why women are advised to go for screening regularly. The mammogram is the main screening test recommended by the American Cancer Society to find breast cancer early. The American Cancer Society also recommends breast MRI for women who are at high risk of breast cancer because of certain factors. read more of factors such as menstruation, breastfeeding, age etc and how they increases a woman’s chances of getting breast cancer in KNOWING BREAST CANCER. Signs and symptoms of breast cancer Widespread use of screening mammograms has increased the number of breast cancers found before they cause any symptoms. Still, some breast cancers are not found by mammogram, either because the test was not done or because, even under ideal conditions, mammograms do not find every breast cancer. 1.The most common symptom of breast cancer is a new lump or mass. A painless, hard mass that has irregular edges is more likely to be cancerous, but breast cancers can be tender, soft, or rounded. They can even be painful. For this reason, it is important to have any new breast mass or lump or breast change checked by a health care professional experienced in diagnosing breast diseases. 2. Swelling of all or part of a breast (even if no distinct lump is felt) 3.Skin irritation or dimpling 4.Breast or nipple pain 5.Nipple retraction (turning inward) 6.Redness, scaliness, or thickening of the nipple or breast skin 7.Nipple discharge (other than breast milk) 8.Sometimes a breast cancer can spread to lymph nodes under the arm or around the collar bone and cause a lump or swelling there, even before the original tumor in the breast. Breast Cancer is caused when breast cells begins to grow rapidly and out of control. If we can control the rate at which breast cells grow then we can stop breast cancer from developing. This is the basis of most cancer prevention programs. But unfortunately about 50% control of breast cell growth is controlled by our genes which is beyond our control while the remaining 50% of breast cancer cases are strongly linked to faulty nutrition patterns, excess body fat and insufficient exercise. Eating foods like broccoli, cauliflower etc and avoiding animal fat rich foods like red meat, milk etc can go a long way to preventing breast cancer . There are several different ways of preventing breast cancer which can be found in the same book. In all cases it is very important for all women to go for regular screening as this makes early detection possible and makes it easier to treat. Oops before I forget the link to the book it's http:///7r7j it's free sha

There is an overgeneralization these days that the actions of the women are difficult to understand. However, reading the women body language is definitely easy with our 5 easy tips. So read on! 1.Physical contact Is she touching your arm in any manner? This is always good sign. This indicates that she is interested in you and she is taking any opportunity she can to be able to have physical contact with you. Unless she is striking you and asking you to leave her alone, then it means exactly what she is saying! That is one signal that means you should just do what she says because she is not interested. 2.Her lips Is she biting her lips? It’s alright. She may be nervous and it may be a habit of hers when she is nervous. Or she may be subtly flirting with you! If she wets her lips often, it may be a desire for you to pay attention to her lips! So she is definitely interested! 3.Her eyes If she maintains eye contact with you, this is a good sign! This indicates that she is interested in what you have to say and definitely interested in you. Observe her pupils too. If they are dilated, it may be a sign that she is interested in you. Although, do be aware that other factors can influence the dilation of the pupils such as brightness of the room and alcohol! 4. Her hands and arms Is she sitting back with her arms crossed together? She may be closed and not receptive towards you. It may be from a habit but more often than not it indicates that she is not interested. So take a step back and continue talking, if she seems uninterested in what you have to say. Just step out. Plenty of other fishes in the sea! 5.Her fingers Is she playing with her hair or is she running her fingers through her hair? She may be seeking your attention with all these little acts of preening of hers. If she is fidgeting around, it may be a sign of discomfort or nervousness. So try being kind to her and she will receive you more warmly for trying to calm her down. So guys, take heart. Take note of the body language tips and flirt your way to success! |
Somethings bloggers do online that makes me want to smash my phone include 1. Saying something is free and and you click the link they will ask you to pay for it or buy other things to get it as a bonus. This really freaks me out. If I in my search I put free there I mean totally free nothing would make spend 1 kobo if you like give the sweetest and most convincing sales page. I won't buy. 2.Download links = some bloggers would give download links for apps instead of the requested files and they would make you think you are downloading the file you are looking for only to finish the download and discover that it is an app popular among these is 9app and jumia. It just makes me wonder why I will install and app I didn't search for. All I do is deleted right away because I value my SD card space and then mourn for my lost data. 3.Redirecting = I hate unnecessary Redirecting to site with all my heart. Some clicks will give about five redirect before going to the required page 4.I don't know about you but I hate broken download links some bloggers keep changing their file direction in their clouds without making update on their website and this makes the download link to become broken which is very frustrating. This things makes me hate surfing the net especially on slow internet connections. Share ya own experiences also |

If there is one thing men and women all over the world are craving right now, it’s whiter teeth. If you tune in to your favourite station I bet you that within an hour you would see an advert for some toothpaste promising you whiter teeth. The race for pearl-like teeth is real and we’ve got a lot of people on the track. It’s hard not to get sucked in – who doesn’t want a brighter and more attractive smile?! I personally have struggled to get whiter teeth and there are so many promising (I repeat, promising) products/systems out there such as whitening strips, gels, toothpaste, rinses, trays e.t.c that promise to deliver. But you have to be careful because ‘all that glitters is not white’ (or something like that). Although some of this products do improve your teeth colour and health, most people complain of hypersensitive teeth, gum and soft tissue irritation after using some of these products. Not what you wanted when you started your quest for whiter teeth right? Dull-looking teeth can be caused by a number of things. Some of which include; 1. Consumption of coffee, wine, cola or other drinks/food that stain the teeth. 2. Overexposure to fluoride during early childhood. 3. Smoking – which causes yellow & black stains. 4. Age related discoloration But the good news is – there are solutions out there that will help prevent your teeth from getting discolored. You could; 1. Avoid/minimize certain foods/drink : If you want to brighten a room with your smile, you should reduce your intake of coffee, cola drinks e.t.c. 2. Have a proper dental hygiene: Brushing twice a day, flossing and use of mouthwash after eating would help keep your teeth healthy and brighter. Not to mention remove plaque, and mouth odour. 3. Use a straw: If you can’t avoid drinks that stain your teeth, remember to use a straw. This way you can still enjoy your drink without tooth stain. But let’s get real. Chances are you already have stained teeth. And no, it’s not too late for you to get your pearly whites back. Just like me, you could get whiter-looking teeth today! In this ‘Instagram-hollywood-cosmetic enhancement’ age, there’s always a solution to your physical problems. There are over-the-counter solutions that you could uses, however, if you’re all up for a safe, cheap and effective treatment that comes from Mother Nature – check these out. 1. Basil Leaves Basil leaves (known as Nchanwu in Igbo, Effirin in Yoruba, Esewon in Edo, Ufuo-Igbo in Urhobo) has teeth whitening properties and protects the gum. So for all round oral health care, you can use basil leaves. The best part is that it’s readily available at nearby gardens, market and supermarket. Method 1 – Sun dry a few fresh basil leaves. – Grind it into powder. – Apply some of it to your toothbrush and brush regularly. Please actually I am sharing this thread from a blog I accidentally found and because the tips have really helped me I have decided to share it so if you're still interested in reading or getting more helpful tips you can visit the blog here http:///7aEN |
