Please, a friend made a mistake on his application form. He wrote Msc Communication and Information Instead of MA Communication and Journalism

The agent help him fill the form and when he was was crosschecking, he didn't see it until later

He has an interview with UKVI tomorrow

What can he do about it please?

Since then, nothing..

Sent three paid mails in seven days, no response.

Called UKVI but was on hold for about 90minutes before call dropped

I'm lost

Please, I'm really confused now and I need advice on what to do next

Got a non straightforward mail on 17th August

And nothing since then. No calls.. No mail

Called UKVI and sent paid mails but I'm being told a decision hasn't been made yet

I have a maternal uncle in London with whom I'll be staying during the duration of my studies but while filling my application my agent said I should put 'No' as a reply to 'Do you have a family member in the UK'

And I should also write the school's address instead of his own address

Meanwhile, I plan to stay at his place for quarantining and studies itself
