teepapi711: I am not one to summarily dismiss anyone’s dreams. What the other guys who replied you fail to acknowledge is that, although this is a longer route, it is still a possibility. And it always starts with obtaining the residency of the country in which your intended consulate/ Embassy is situated. For many nations this residency is applied for after 2-6 months of continued stay.
