TheBlackfish:
When I discovered this thread weeks ago, I thought it would be a good avenue to give back to young punters to enable them win good money and as well network with experienced punters here in order to increase my punting knowledge as well, but all I can say is that I'm utterly disappointed! Ever since I dropped my first game here I have not felt cool coming to drop more here because I cringe in disbelief with the types of demeanour I see here.

What I see here is show of utter puerile display and annoying bravado, badmouthing each other, displaying pride from countless failed accumulator bets, trying to sound comical to create a façade to mask their betting incompetence, tons and tons of gibberish, I can go on and on.

Sport betting is serious business and all I see here are guys playing around. Sport betting has made it seem to me like I can never be broke wherever I find myself, I might not easily produce a 5 million Naira bet winner out of the blue but I can surely make a lot of thousands of naira from as little as 500 naira. And overtime winnings accumulated run into millions.

I studied Statistics way back in the University and when I added my scholarly knowledge to punting, I have always smiled to the bank. I can never brag about how much I have earned but I have made immeasurable profits so far!

I saw someone bragging about how his accumulator bets win like 80-90% of the bets in the slip, Hello ... if you play an accumulator slip and just ONE goes sour, you failed! Are you betting to lose or win? And if you predict over 10 accumulator slips over a period of time and all the bet slips never turn green then you are a betting failure as well. You could have some huge store of betting intelligence in you but maybe your pride cant let you settle down and find a way to discover a better way in discovering the little mistakes you make which make your bets go sour. And saying you know you would win one day is not anything special, even mere luck can make any punter win at least sometimes after a lot of tries. No one is saying the betting slips we predict must be greened always, I lose some bets as well, but what makes you a good punter is that if you predict like10 different accumulator betting slips over a course of time, at least 4 of those slips should win.

Now to those of you who come here to badmouth others, belittle others and even prophecy doom for some folks' bets, please grow up! Isn't this platform ought to be a learning place in terms of betting? How can you learn with so much hate and vile in your hearts? Ask yourself what you have learnt while on this thread. As for me I have learnt little or nothing so far, just kids bragging and spiting balderdash!

I remember a foreign betting platform I joined like 5 years ago, it was the foundation for lots of betting knowledge I have now, you guys don't discourse successful betting strategies here, how to predict some particularly markets and so on, so what are you all doing here please? Maybe some of you enjoy losing money daily and hold on to the betting folly of day dreaming of 'luck' one day when you become a millionaire. How funny!

Your leaders are messing up the country, and you the youth have a legal way to make good income but you guys ignorantly make noise and brag over nothing. I pray betting wisdom comes the way of each person on this thread someday.

I'm out! Cheers!

You are Right Bro. But That should not make you leave. Your Tips will help someone win.

Punting is not easy. We win, We loose.

I just realised that Staying calm during loosing times has helped me become a better punter.

Also punting regularly has been key to my improvement. More commitment, More success. I lately been Winning regularly.

Career / Niit Diploma In Softawre Engineering, How Good?  by csteve: 11:04am On Jan 17, 2018
Am Steve 23, Graduated in 2015 with a degree in quantity surveying.

Not Ready for Masters and with a strong passion for IT, I want to learn computer programming.

I have little skills:
HTML(pro), CSS(pro) and PHP(beginner)

Am considering going for a diploma course in Software Engineering at NIIT.

I want to ask:

1. If NIIT Is the best option for me or is there any better place for me to learn in Nigeria.

2. If NIIT is Good, which study center is better. I want to go for the Onitsha Study Center. I heard Lagos is better, will there much difference?

Thank You.

Sports / Manchester United Can Still Win Title – Guardiola by csteve: 6:23pm On Dec 30, 2016
Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola believes that Manchester United are still in the Premier League title race.

The Red Devils are currently 13 points behind leaders Chelsea, but the Catalan thinks that the entire top six are still in contention.

‘Six teams are fighting for the title. It will be a good fight until the end of the season,’ Guardiola said ahead of the Citizens’ game against Liverpool.

He added on their next opponents: ‘Liverpool are contenders [for the title], definitely. I was lucky enough to play against Jurgen Klopp, we know each other well.

‘We have to equal their intensity – Anfield will play a big role.

‘You cannot compare to what Liverpool and United did [in the 1980s and 90s]. Step by step, that’s the way to get better.’

Agriculture / Re: Modern Cucumber Farming. My 1 Million Naira Experience *with Pictures* by csteve: 11:53am On May 19, 2016
Hard work is the way to go! My cucumbers are growing fine.. Thanks to all that has contributed to this thread.

I could not stake them because I was busy with something else (). I dont know if it will affect it much?, its already raining here.

I observed that any form of clay or sticky soil should be avoided, it inhibits the performance of the cucumber plants.

Don't plant more than two or even one seed per hole, Right now my farm is looking over crowded.

Working on the farm early morning is not so Good, large amount of the pollination takes place then, allow the insects do their job. (maybe, I dont really know)

Lots of male flowers did appear at the early flowering stage, I was worried, but later the female ones appeared. worries gone.

I planted two seeds in a pot as a test and I staked them, .. Result simply says , staking is the best way to go

Finally am done reading the thread from page 1 down to here. Thank you jasperz and God bless you!

Also am grateful to all those who have been contributing regularly to the thread, may God bless you all. I have learnt a lot and what I feel like doing right now is drop my PC, go straight into the farm and start planting cucumber.

I have a problem which I know and that is inconsistency and a bit of procastination, but that will not be on this. Am ready to try this out as I already prepared a land for cucumber farming before I discovered this Thread. I stay in Enugu and I will Go out tomorrow to Agro shops and source for seed.

But I have few questions to ask.

1. Does Nursery have any significant advantage vs planting direct to the farm? I want to do the later.

2. Do I have to irrigate before the seeds germinate?

3. could this be a Good method of irrigation? Thanks!
