Please I would like to know if there are interview dates in Abuja. I have always applied for US Visa at the Lagos branch and I have always been given a visa. This time around, I would like I, my husband and the children to apply. We are a family of 4, I and my first daughter have been to the US in 2019 while my husband and baby has never travelled. Had my baby 2019 in Nigeria after returning from the US. I hope changing my visa office will not cost us any denial.

Do they have the same procedures at the Abuja and Lagos office. Any experiences, pls let me know. Thanks.

I have a first cousin in Saskatchewan who is willing to provide information for me to apply under SINP. There is a situation, he has a single (unmarried) brother you wants to enroll or participate in Express entry. He is not eligible for SINP due to occupation in demand and education not related to work experience.

Can my cousin provide information for me as a connection in SINP and at the same time can his brother gets points for EE as well apply for FSW?.

The brothers EE point is quite low even with points from his brother and an extremely good IELTS result.

Please include your A levels certificate if you entered as a direct entry student from another institution and contact the institution for your transcripts. Let them send it directly.

Please I need advice on work experience. I already have my internship work experience. I am finding it difficult to get my service year work experience.
I presently own a Pharmacy premise and I am the Pharmacist on duty. The Pharmacy is three years old. I want to include being self employed for 3 yrs. I already have my CAC documents and tax certificate. The question is how do I get a client reference letter as a community pharmacy owner. Thank you.

Your witness can only be a lawyer or notary public or commissioner of oath. For address to receive ECA report, try and use a Canadian, US or UK address.

Please after my Pebc evaluation ,i was to get an ECA report by pebc. My question is :

- Is Pebc going to give me the report and send my self or I will download it and send myself.

-Secondly, there is a place for witness signature, who signs, can anybody sign.

How long did it take for your PEBC reports to be ready?
PEBC informs that it takes 8 weeks. I had a gap of 10 days trying to submit additional documents after acknowledgement email. Its 9 weeks already excluding the 10 day gap. I have sent emails but no response. Waiting to jump into the pool. ECA is delaying.

Hello everyone, please has anyone experienced delay on receiving PEBC evaluation acknowledgment. I sent an email and got no reply. My application was delivered on the 18th of April and still I have not gotten any acknowledgment email. I check my inbox and spam mails regularly. I need advice. Thanks.

I would like to know if there is anyone who has applied for PEBC ECA REPORT. I have completed the check list and made payments for document evaluation. I do not understand how to make the CAD$100 payment for an ECA report for PEBC. Thanks.

Hello everyone, I am a silent reader.
I am 31 years old, married and have a three year old daughter. I am a Pharmacist and I own a Pharmacy store with a turnover of about 10M. I will be sponsored by my mother with USD20,000 ( account in the US) and additional statement of account in Nigeria. Travelled before to the US and have a valid US visiting visa B1/B2. Planning to go without my daughter ( my mother will take care of her). I have been denied Canadian study permit in 2006 on the grounds of not being a bonafide student and denied appeal ( did not make further enquiries). Do I have a good chance of getting a study permit and can I get some advice. Thanks. ( NT: did not falsify any document during first application. I made a lot of mistakes and did not get advice initially)

I did not ask for the reason but I suspected it was because I used my A levels result to apply for admission. I did my A levels in England on a visiting visa for 2 years and left to come back home (Nigeria). I had a multiple 5 years visiting visa then. Was never banned from UK because i still travelled to UK 2 years after for a short visit twice. I am sure i was denied because of the lack of a student visa and a UK police clearance certificate. Presently have a valid US visiting visa.

I intend declaring I was denied a student visa when filling schedule 4 background check form but will not include the college name. The immigration officer probably think I forged A level certificate. I was 18 yrs at the time of denial.
Please I need advice ASAP

What do you mean by not being a bonafide student please? Was there a misrepresentation in your application back then? Well, I do not think that would adversely affect your present application but you need to make mention of that refusal where need be.

Q2- I am a pharmacist ( well traveled UK, valid US visiting visa) PA. Spouse has masters degree in computer science (lecturer 5+ yrs). Would be hard to get reference letter for spouse therefore I do not want to include work experience. Would this affect our points.

Q3- I have about 4 yrs of work experience in my NOC 3131 A, but self employed for 2 yrs ( own a pharmacy) how do I show proof of employment as a business owner and a self employed pharmacist.

Q4- do I need to show proof of funds when entering profile in EE?

Would like to know anyone who has been in my situation and was successful. Thanks
