RESOLUTION 1 - Parents should know that the sole responsibility of the child lies on their shoulder..so they should be blamed.

RESOLUTION 2 - The media, our regions and the education sector should not be left our because its their responsibility to
imbibe knowledge in this children and also to enlighten them on the dangers of Indecency, phones and other materials civilization has brought..
