Not bad! |
I came to delete something, and decided to use this opportunity to stress how important prayer is. I am the type that prays mostly when I need something or when I am in a difficult situation, which is very bad. However, the way God answers my prayer and exceeds all my expectations has proven that I won't have had needs or difficulties in the first place if I had been in constant communication with him. Therefore, praying is very essential. In my deepest, darkest moments, what really got me through was a prayer. Sometimes my prayer was 'Help me.' Sometimes a prayer was 'Thank you.' What I've discovered is that intimate connection and communication with my creator will always get me through because I know my support, my help, is just a prayer away -Iyanla Vanzant |
90% of Nigerian students do not excel because they are lazy and distracted. Admitted, few students are slow probably due to health reasons, but trust me, majority are not dull. Its just a matter of prioritizing, kids do not make proper use of their mental faculty or brain. Most Nigerian kids are very retentive. How else are scammers able to do their trade? How have students been able to recite 100 songs at the same time, word for word? How are they able to memorize the entire conversation of a movie? These days, a 3 year old kid makes proper use of the phone better than some adults. The kid must have developed the phone skills while observing its parents. Parents need to be patient enough to bring up, and teach their children how to balance/manage work and fun. Mental development and constant training of the child's brain will do the trick . Pay less attention to the comparison/competition of which child is brilliant/intelligent, and which is not. |

timpaker: Poetry contest season 3I have been battling with writing a perfect reply for you, but I couldn't come up with anything substantial. That said, there are 20 reasons why it will flop. For example, the following needs to be put in consideration - concept/plan/structure, Judges, contestants, and most importantly support from the admin and moderators. |
