@Poster and others, it is not totally a fraud, although i can say they havent been very efficient at the NHF office.

I also assume its because most tax contributors just sit back and fold their arms and insult the govt.

I and many other colleagues and friends have benefitted from the fed govt mortgage scheme even though it took about 3years for my own facility to be approved.
And no, i doubt if u can stop contributing, plus the contribution is usually really small like N100naira or less.

Although the process is really tough, u can access the loan but its usually through a private mortage institution like union homes, aso savings, platinum savings and loans. The reason most pple are unable to access this loan most times is because the FMBN wants to ensure u are actually buying or building a house. In d case of building, dey will want to see evidence of a plot of land with C of O (which is not easy). Your other options might be to buy through one of those PMIs and in this case, u have to make a contribution towards d house like 20 or 30 percent (maybe 2, 3 or 4million by now) which is not easy and discourages pple.

As per appraisal, i know that once in a while they publish names of those who have just been availed d facility. And by the way facility limit for a contributor is 15million.

This forum is a courage booster for me. When I gisted DH about this forum, he was worried that it might only just increase agitation and anxiety for me, towards the matter. However my hope and faith have grown in coming here.

As per that pastor and his triplets.....wow. And no be lie, I suppose that pastor will not preach ivf on his pulpit. Well, right now, I am TOO SURE that I will have my lovely children.

As someone mentioned earlier, for all of us who are still expectant, I pray and declare that we will receive our miracles before the end of this year. We will celebrate BFPs; Weda through native, normal baby dancing, iui, ivf or even surrogate. And God will lead us to the right places and give us the required finances where needed.

NONE SHALL BE BARREN!!!.

I watched the entire awards on tuesday night. It was such a big and lively audience and i was so proud of ice prince. On that same stage he climbed, i watched Mariah Carey perform,nicky minaj, ciara, miguel, justin timberlake, snoop doggy dogg, even chakademus n plier, elephant man to name a few. They even gave charles wilson a lifetime achievement award on that same stage that night.

He only called the other nominees upstage to take a picture with him...he gave a nice, brief speech. N i was really impressed.

Yes Nwaribe is right. Kourtney took epidural. It is an injection that is administered to the spine to quench the WHOLE labour pain. But it is quite risky because, if it goes wrong the person could become paralysed......
