mamakendra: Yes. The drug is used to 1) treat breast cancer and 2) induce ovulation. But most pharmacy attendants do not know that. I searched 5 big pharmacies, calling letrozole for ovu induction for them, they didn't know what I was talking about. I'm aware its for breast cancer treatment. Just the thought of the statement treatment for breast cancer gave me a little cringe and vivid memory of my mom and breast cancer Ayyyy! I hate to hear breast cancer |

mamakendra: Hello mamas. Just peeping out of my MIA mode to say 'hello from the other side' So, for mamas like me who are finding it difficult to get pharmacies that sell letr.ozole/fem.ara, or are being discouraged by the high price, you can try tam.oxifen. It is also in the same class of drug with letr.ozole. its also used for ovu. Induction, without the unpleasant side effect of cl.o.mi.d. its cheaper and more common/accessible. I am also trying it this cycle, hoping for the best of news this cycle. I bought a card of 10 tabs (20mg) for #400. You can check out this page https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3205537/ I read thru higher chances of ovulation for women with clomid failure, higher pregnancy rate, no endometrial thinning, no cm interruption. Thank you Ma |

Have we all noticed that whatever prayers cannot deliver PRAISE bring with easy? This is because praise is thanking God in anticipaation. Praises provokes supernatural multiplication Check: Jeri 30vs19, John 6vs11, Psalm 67vs5. As for me, I praise and eye blossomedcherry testimony |

Kittana: I really don't know the brand of jazz that this Clomid company did for us Nigerians, that's still making us and our docs, stay soo loyal to it. Sister, many people truly, are resistant to the drug. Resistance comes in varying degrees. Some people will not grow any follicle on it at all, in some, follicles will begin to develop but will not reach maturity and eventually disappear, some will reach maturity (or not) but stay on as cysts, and for some, the follicles will release eggs that will not yield conception. More torturous for some even, is the fact that conception will happen, but because the quality of egg produced wasn't up to par, a miscarriage results.
That said, I'll like to tell you in my case, I did hormonal profiling to know the actual hormones that were off the normal, took drugs targeted at correcting the deficiencies, started tracking ovulation and eventually discovered that I wasn't responding to the clomid, before I made the big switch to letrozole.
My history is not long, you may read back and see how I maneuvered. I remember reading something to this effect somewhere, that really spurred the switch; "A lot of people that do not ovulate on clomid, will ovulate on letrozole. And then those who ovulate on clomid but aren't conceiving, may not only achieve conception on letrozole, but may very likely conceive multiples on it." Just know the right dose to take by tracking the first cycle at least.
Also sorry about your previous miscarriages. They may be related to some other matters that you should discuss with your doc....incompetent cervix, not enough spacing between miscarriages, hormonal imbalance, blood clotting palaver...
All the best. Hummmmm So right! I read some article comparing clomid and letrozole at the end of the day, letrozole is the grandpa(better than) of clomid |

Better still for clarification, pls pour some quantitiy of lacasera on any iron rod you have being trying to loosen for some time and see if after some minues it will nt be loosen or pour it on any dirty ground and wash with brush and see if the floor will nt be sparkly clean. With these , you can determine if lacasera is advisable foro you as a person to drink or not. Oh! So I have give up my lacasera again. Oh God help me. favdomintent: Good afternoon my E sisters you all are blessings to me.
Please i need advice on HCG trigger shot........when is the best time to take it?
I read that its 8 days after clomid withdrawer but when i calculated the 8 days after clomid, my ovulation has passed.
Please help me o i dont want to miss this month at all.
I am giving it all it takes.
thanks From my observation you are self medicating First, clomid is taken from cd3 to cd7 or cd2 to cd6 depends Your O happens between 5-9days after clomid withdrawal. Your gynae, shoots your hcg trigger shot a day before your O, which will be determined via tracking. My gynae, tracked and gave me the hcg trigger shot the same day. The next day I ovulated. The trigger shot is usually the day before your O day |
