@ curvilicious dear, it is not over dosage. Like I mentioned earlier, i took 3 cap. in one week and 2 cap. in anoda wk cos don't want to finish on time and also Mami Alhaja doesn't have in stock but in all I still got AF and ovulated well first time in 6 months.

How bad will it mess it up? I have always had a 24 days cycle. i started vitex on CD1 which was 17th of November, and i havent seen AF till date.

From d little i know it can shift to 35days after sometime it will now normalise.
Am keeping my fingers crossed for you.
