Hello guys. I’m filling my ds - 160 for BI/B2 visa. My intention is to go to visit a friend in Texas for three weeks. I am currently a graduate, doing my masters here in Nigeria. My dad is in the US, married to mg mom, a citizen, and already filed for the green card but not yet approved. I’m going strictly for visit and I’ll definitely visit them both too. What are my chances for the visa? Do I have to mention that I have relatives in the US? Pls I need advice from those who are experienced here.

If they have filed for green card for you,you cannot apply for USA visa till the filing is approved.I am kinda in the same situation so i opted to try with regular visa.Wait times for that filing is 5 years.Find out from the lawyer that filed for you to get better understanding of the process.

LAGOS- As you hv said, everyone has a choice. Just that i couldn't see myself parting away with 300K , cos that was the last price the lady said she would take from me.

Thanks for your smart input,however you should be aware that relationships end,regardless of how classy or pretty a lady is.When that happens,you have to move on.Tiwa savage is by all standards pretty,talented and rich yet she just became a single lady,does that make her a magnet in a woody area?No.I work 6 days in a week,what time do i have to go out and socialize to meet new people?That's why i am here.

I don't really understand the essence of "Walks out on thread". Do you want to be begged? In as much as I will say your story is nice and many can learn from it, you are also not doing us a favour alone by sharing it. Having an avenue to share it and get others response can be soothing and reliving. And that is a favour from us.
Truth is there were many stories on Naira land before you "walked in on thread" and there will be many after you have "walked out on thread".
I will advise you develop thick skin to proples scathing remarks here because I too can tell my on story here.

My thoughts exactly..I am now convinced the story is all fiction.She suddenly has writers block and has to use these lame excuses to stop writing.Well,for those begging her,carry on as if you would die without knowing the end of the story.She is obviously on some sort of power trip,so its best to let her be.

Life can be very unpredictable.I have come to understand that having good friends to share ideas with,to encourage you and wish you well cannot be overemphasized.I am just a simple lady in my late 20's,a legal attorney by profession.I would love to meet mature and intelligent career minded people I can be friends with.I am not looking for a relationship,nor someone to hook up with.I just want true friends that i can talk to occasionally,that will positively impact in my life.
