I was told at antenatal to start cleaning henceforth with soap and then rub vaseline after cleaning. The essence of rubbing vaseline is to enable easy cleaning the next time you want to clean( next morning or evening as the case maybe). And to always pull the nipple out so it doesn't go flat when its time to breast feed. Am 8weeks and some days.

My left areola was itchy some weeks back, I applied Olive oil on both breasts and cleaned them twice, after some days the skin on the left areola started peeling, but it's back to normal now

But when I cleaned it with Olive oil I notice i had dried milk around my nips.
Was just looking at my nips now and noticed it has whitish patch and dried milk, decided to press it slightly and I noticed little fluid come out.

I weaned my ds immediately I found out I was pregnant, and I didn't bother to check if I was still lactating then since my breasts became flatter just assumed it was as a result of dried milk.

I'm 25wks+
