bro if u reside in lagos u dont need any letter from your local government, just go to ogun state liaison office at oduduwa cresent road, ikeja...they would only ask u for your lacal government area and u pay 2k....hope this help?

my frnds and I once took an isolated shortcut, there were bushes around and it was just like 8pm, I mean what's the worst that could have happened.

it was at that point one of my yeye friends decided to tell us a story, he said there was a pastor who was called to destroy a large tree that was presumed fetish, he got there and he started praying, so after the prayer they cut it with a machete and they heard a scream and the tree started bleeding.

their network is quite bad and unstable in majority of these south towns...i remember subscribing for the 1.5gb plan bt was nt able to use up to 300mb...i avoid glo like a plaque
