Career / Re: My Friend's Mother Suspended Her From Her Company For Fighting Her Staff by Cyberblue(m): 10:03pm On Aug 31, 2023
I feel there's more to this story and your friend is not sharing. Your so called friend wants to put things right within few months she got to a company that has been running smoothly for years without her? I'm not sure she really wants to put things right. It's seems she's the problem, because why will everyone at the company hate her for no reason?

Try tell your friend to reflect on her life and make changes.
Travel / Re: My Crazy Story In A Tanzania Prison by Cyberblue(m): 9:52pm On Aug 31, 2023
Anitatunde:
Part 5 and Final.

Thank God for wisdom. I am on the edge of travelling to Rwanda because I feel it's better to run business and work from there, because I'm a remote worker in the tech space. However, this your story is now making me have a rethink.

1 week to my release date, I received various death threats from all corners. The prison warden which I slept with also started acting crazy.

The guy think say prison na my house because he was sad and convinced me to stay back, abi you Dey mad ni Omo prison warden.

How do you expect me to give up my freedom and chose to stay in prison. Since the threats was coming left and right, I had to personally request to be moved to a different prison. But it was bounced.

The night to my release was the longest night. I couldn’t sleep all night because I don’t know what’s next for me. I stayed up all night.

Finally it was day break, 6am sharp, I was called up after doing all paper works and stuff. I booked a flight straight to MMIA Lagos from my savings in prison + other money at hand.

I was to be deported immediately. Police men took me to the airport like a celebrity, stayed with me till my flight was due.

They watched me enter the ✈️. I smiled and told one of the guys “I will be back”.

The story is longer than this but I had to summarize everything. I learnt a lot of lessons in my time in Tanzania, nobody loves Nigerians. They might like our music and movies but the hatred for Nigerians is very real.

Stay safe, stay blessed and be wise. Thanks for reading. Feel free to tag nairaland mods.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Niger: Coupists Seek Russia’s Help As ECOWAS Mulls Military Action by Cyberblue(m): 3:17pm On Jul 31, 2023
SmartPolician:

I am not Tinubu's fan and can never be, but the emboldened is untrue. As the current leader of the ECOWAS, Tinubu has a responsibility to fix the power tussle in Niger Rep. Even Kamala Harris has personally called him and encouraged him to intervene.

You people don’t know Tinubu is just a pun used by US. They intentionally lobby so Tinubu will become the head of ECOWAS. They have him by the balls with all his shady deals. So they are just using BAT so as not to expose him.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Niger Coup Leaders Prohibit Citizens From Using Social Media by Cyberblue(m): 12:18pm On Jul 31, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
They ain't seen nothing yet. The coup leader has been part of the top echelon of Niger as head of Presidential guide since 2011 yet very little is known about him outside the military circle.

This is why ecowas is moving in fast to prevent another Libya episode where sick people with guns littered over west Africa. God will help us succeed in Niger so peace, order and democracy can be quickly restored. If the coup plotter wants to rule, he should remove his army uniform, join or form a political party and contest to win election. Anything outside that is anarchy like we have started witnessing in Niger. Check my signature for free stuffs!

You people like to misyarn. They are only banning social media because that’s the tool the West will use to fight them. Without social media, the West won’t be able to take over the country and continue their resources theft.

I strongly believe the U.S.A and United nation are involve in this, they probably pay the suicide bombers just to deal with the Taliban’s. I’m sure Taliban would on a normal ground wait till the 31st. U.S.A just want to give the world a reason to engage the Taliban in a full war mode.

Keep being foolish.
You are just a fool for speaking ill about God when all you need is Him.

Foolish girl

But why do you lack common sense like this? You are only adding to her problem, she needs help, if you can’t why not shut up.
