What is the general usage of an E1 and how to implement it for call termination
Politics / Nigerian Seciruty Guard Who Accused Policemen Of Robbery by cyberjaya: 3:05am On Jan 31, 2012
why would you detain a complainant and allow the suspect move freely ??

The man who accused two policemen of robbery, Olumide Aderibigbe, and his uncle, Mr. Vincent Olatunde, said they were locked up with armed robbers at the Lagos State Police Command.

Aderibigbe had accused the policemen of robbing him at Idi-Iroko area of Ikorodu Road on January 19.

Metro learnt that Aderibigbe and Olatunde were invited by the police authorities to give statements at the command on Wednesday only to be detained on the orders of the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Yakubu Alkali, when they got there.

Politics / Boko Haram Bombings: Igbos Flee Kano by cyberjaya: 12:15pm On Jan 24, 2012
Following Friday’s coordinated bombings of parts of Kano, which left over 160 people dead, southerners, especially Igbos, living in Sabon Gari area of the city have besieged a motor park in their bid to flee to their home states.

• Igbos at Sabon Gari motor park, Kano trying to leave the city this morning. PHOTO: Madu Nmeribeh

As early as 8.30 a.m. today, luxury buses were seen loading Igbo passengers at motor park in Sabon Gari area of Kano. Unlike before, when such buses depart in the evening, the buses are billed to leave in the afternoon today.

Many travellers were seen milling around the park as they tried to book for their trip to the eastern part of the country.

Men who have unfinished businesses or project in Kano have decided to send their families back to their home states.

The majority of passengers on board the buses were women and children. And because of this, business activities within Sabon Gari, Kano, have become slow.

Religion / I Signed The Petition "bishop David Oyedepo Slaps A Girl In Church!"! by cyberjaya: 8:23am On Dec 19, 2011
I signed the petition "BISHOP DAVID OYEDEPO SLAPS A GIRL IN CHURCH!"!
I just visited www.ipetitions.com and signed an important petition. I really care about this cause and hope you'll show your support for it.
A video has surfaced on the internet on how a so-called "man of God", Bishop David Oyedepo assaulted a young girl for whatever reason on his pulpit and right in public.

Is this how a so-called man of God should behave in public? Its so sad that Nigerians are being taken for granted by these demi-gods!

Crime / 76 People Arrested For African Scams by cyberjaya: 2:33pm On Nov 23, 2011
Last night, I saw NTV7 news report about 76 people arrested for “African scams”. The operation, codenamed "OPS TIONG" which started at 11pm on Monday, lasted until 4am this morning. Among the agencies involved were the Bukit Aman CID, Tourism Malaysia, Immigration Department and Higher Education Ministry. Three simultaneous raids were carried out in Sentul, Ampang and Kepong. Police said investigators moved into more than 20 units at the three locations after more than three months of observation at the sites. Most of the people arrested are Nigerians including three women; 70 Nigerians (67 men and three women), three Cameroon men, two Papua New Guinea men and a Thai woman, whose ages are between 20 and 30s.

Bukit Aman commercial crime investigations deputy director Datuk SAC Rodwan Mohd Yusof said police received 945 reports from January to October this year over con jobs that included parcel scams, black money, inheritance swindle and black magic.

A parcel scam is where the schemer would inform a victim that he or she had received parcels with expensive gifts, jewellery or cash but the parcels had been detained by Customs. The victim is then persuaded to make a payment to a stipulated account for the parcel to be released. The schemers reaped RM19.6mil from this scam, the biggest loss suffered by the victims. This was followed by the black money scam, which netted RM1.4mil for the schemers.

Religion / Re: 4 Pastors Arrested For Unthinkable Crimes by cyberjaya: 6:43am On Aug 16, 2011
4 They are God's servants, not yours. They are responsible to him, not to you. Let him tell them whether they are right or wrong. And God is able to make them do as they should.

Did I hear you say they are Gods servants?? who told you about that?? someone in his business is what u r referring to as Gods servants?? It seems you have not read the beginning of this thread, Touch not my anointed" does not refer to all who look left and right to open a church,

Take a look at what I said before now:

[i]
1 Chronicles 16:22 says "Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm"

The above has been misrepresented and misrepresented in this end time. It is clear that that portion of the bible is not refering to the prophets and pastors of today, who has a clear intention and motive of been in the field. Though its rampant in Africa especially in Nigeria, this story will give you a better view of same

Your rating is also very at 80%
I can give you full story of how Chris Okotie claimed he was called by Allah in the and wanted to become an Imam of some sort before he left the north to pursuing a new dream to becoming a pastor. Of course his earlier Producer, Mr Odion Iruojie and other acquaintances can testify to this. You were called to the islamic faith, same you called to the christian faith at the same time. "The Islam one would not fetch the needed money and fame" hence the sharp switch, We know and we understand,
Now Felix Liberty the lover is in Benin city, trying his hand in the gospel field, what a shame!

Crime / Re: Pls Has AnyOne Heard Abt Citiwave Management, who Claim To Double Ur Money? by cyberjaya: 4:05pm On Aug 07, 2011
It is 100% scam, hope you guys remember the PLANWELL INVESTMENT that rocked even many pastors in Nigeria of millions of Naira.
It got to a point some pastors became agent to Planwell and lured some faithfull members into it.

The rest and end of the story you have the best guess of what transpired.

CITIWAVE is a 100% scam and I have forwarded their site to the EFCC before they do more harm than good

I recommend that the nairaland user above ebenezer95 be barred from the is forum with immediate effect, as his presence here is causing a great deal of misrepresentation
Business / Re: Voice Termination Business by cyberjaya: 9:29am On Jun 07, 2011
As the first guy said above to check on www.interconnectnigeria.com
I did but they sounded like a wounded lion asking for a 1,000$ upfront as test account amount. whereas notable telcos offer free test account to checking out the call quality.
It is advisable to stay clear off them!!!!
Business / Re: Voice Termination Business by cyberjaya: 3:28pm On May 25, 2011
Thank you all for various suggestions. Please note I have been in telecoms business for years. Anyone terminating calls in such a dubious manner is inviting low quality of calls and in most case, FAS and excessive call drops. Fake termination of voice is not the reason for this thread.
Legitimate direct routes, from providers will give u a peace of mind and better quality of service.

If you have any other contact and better deal apart from the above feel free to contribute.

Thanks
Business / Re: Voice Termination Business by cyberjaya: 5:52pm On May 23, 2011
Ibasis is just a provider like idt etc!
I will check www.interconnectnigeria.com but what are they up to? I will check with them
but if you have better know-how on MTN I will be interested cos I have seen a lot of providers all saying they have direct route from nigeria why cant we also?
Business / Re: Voice Termination Business by cyberjaya: 1:37am On May 23, 2011
Thank you so much! with your input and convinced you have an idea of what am asking. Yes am outside the country! IDT is not cheap as I have done business with them before reason am looking for a way to interconnect directly with home based provider via Voip (IP 2 IP) interconnection.
Iam also sure that MTN terminate calls to their networks.

The IDT you mentioned is a middle man in this scenario! they go through a process to terminatate wholesale minutes as well. There is need to bypass them and get a better quality and rates directly from home.
With 3million Naira worth of voice purchases per month, I want a better deal from a home based provider that is my point.
Business / Voice Termination Business by cyberjaya: 5:15pm On May 22, 2011
Hi all

I want only well informed person (s) to give information in respect of the below and possible business transaction.

I want to know the relevant department to deal directly with in terms of securing a direct termination route from three major GSM network providers, like MTN, GLO and Zain

I currently have large volume of minutes to those networks via my voip interconnection and tired paying to other providers when am a Nigerian in the first place. Iam currently running half a million minutes per month

Any idea on the how to go around this interconnection will be highly appreciated.

Its cheap especially when you buy the car in Japan, you can compare when u buy a car in Japanese auction say 1000$ and convert for 2000$, nothing spoil there man,
Thats the best place for conversion, they got the tools and technicality and of course, they manufactured the product themselves, u can expect better and quality service

Business / Re: How Can I Get My Own Credit Card In Nigeria by cyberjaya: 2:47am On Jun 16, 2008
Sorry man, the UBA and Access bank visa card are not anonymous card and also its a mastercard. Can only be used with the attached address, You should know the difference btwn both. whereas, you can get a virtual visa card without ID and you only spend the exact amount you have on it and it helps prevent overcharge and fraud on your card.
check the below requirements if an average nigerian can afford same:
How it Works

* Click on the ‘APPLY’ button to download our Application Forms, complete and submit with all documentations to our Customer Service Officer at your nearest UBA branch.
* Two recent Passport Photographs.
* International Passport or Driver’s license for Identification.
* Two reference forms.
* Minimum of $100 opening balance (for prepaid MasterCard)

I do not think its a serious web site with google adwords displaying the web page of his competitors virtually in all corners.
if they have to deliver in 6 days and with high rates, coupled with not been backed up with any bank in nigeria makes their claim suspicious.

I still prefer to get my valid VCC from renowned companies below, it does not matter where ever you are. you can buy from any where with e-gold or liberty reserve cheaply.

Felix neither know how it works nor he works with the company, You should contact the www.worldwide-virtual-visacards.com directly and ask your question, we are only talking here because we have used them, now its easy to make payment for your card to them via a local proxy within Nigeria.

based on my personal knowledge, i have used it for google adwords, paypal etc, and am sure it works for major merchants including paying for study abroad programs so long they accept VISA, you should be fine
