But if real -time transmission fails at another polling unit, the results can still be imputed into the irev and allow to go at a later time when one gets to the vicinity, where Internet penetration is available ( dis is not real-time) together with form EC8A duly signed by party agents. Real time transmission is never dropped but not mandatory to avoid litigation.
