PoliticsRe: Reopen Madewell Cement Company, Delta Monarch Urges Tinubu by Cyberterror: 6:42pm On Sep 28, 2023
The biggest lie being told against Dangote today is that he is monopolizing the cement industry. First of all, what is a monopoly? A monopoly is when one company is solely allowed to operate in a particular industry or market. Is that the case in Nigeria's cement industry? Let's take a look...

1) Dangote Cement: It is the biggest cement producer in Nigeria(probably why some people have mistaken it for a monoploy). The company has four cement plants namely
Obajana, Ibese, Gboko and Okpella.

2) Lafarge Cement: This is the second biggest cement producer. It is a French owned multinational conglomerate that invested in cement production in Nigeria with four factories located at Sagamu, Ewekoro, Ashaka(Gombe state) and Mfamosing near Calabar.

3) BUA cement : It is Nigeria's third largest producer with two factories in Sokoto and Edo states..

Note that these are manufacturers and not importers.

Nobody is stopping anyone from entering into cement manufacturing in Nigeria given the large deposits of limestone in the country. What is not allowed however is importation of cement which will destroy local manufacturing with cheaper imports from China. That's where Madewell and Ibeto fell short of the law and had to be shut down.

Nkalagu cement in Ebonyi state is lying idle waiting to be resuscitated by those who want to be a part of the market but they prefer to accuse Dangote of monopoly because he didn't allow them to destroy the existing thriving cement manufacturers with cheap imports from China. Nigerians must know the truth and learn to separate facts from fiction.

Ganduje is politically stronger than Kwankwaso. APC will take back what is rightfully theirs ie Kano state and there is nothing that Kwankwaso can do about it.
PoliticsFCTA Revokes Lands Belonging To Peter Obi, Imoke, Others by Cyberterror(op): 9:45am On Sep 23, 2023
The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has ordered the revocation of 167 plots of land in some highbrow districts of Abuja.

The Administration, through a publication in some national dailies, published the names and the plot numbers of the affected allottees.

Some of the plots revoked in Maitama District A05 were owned by Liyel Imoke, Musa Aboki Egu, Hassan Hadejia and Ishaya Baba.

In the Jabi district, some of the plots revoked had allottees such as Sam Nda-Isaiah, Donubari Josephine Kogbara, while Katampe district had Peter Gregory Obi, BUA International, among others.

Also affected in other areas are titles belonging to Julius Berger Nigeria, Honeywell Construction, Uffot Joseph Ekaette, Shittu Mohammed, Udoma Udo Udoma, Kanu Agabi, Niki Niki Tobi, Ishaku Bello, among others.

Speaking exclusively during a chat with our reporter, the Director, FCTA Information & Communication, Hazat Sule, said the titles were revoked primarily because they were left undeveloped, some for decades.

He said under the RofO conditions, the allottees in the service areas are requested to develop the plots within two years.

Sule said the affected allottees had failed in that regard and the Administration would not continue to entertain flagrant abuse of the nation’s capital master plan.

Our correspondent reports that the latest revocation has nothing to do with ground rent but undeveloped plots in the districts with necessary infrastructure.

If Britain could arrest Julian Assange and America is still hunting Eric Snowden for similar offence, then the idiot should know that no one in the international community would be interested in his plea. Ghana's president is also a good friend of President Tinubu and if Tinubu wants, the idiot will be extradited today today.

PoliticsRe: Tribunal Judgement: Police Declare 24-hr Curfew In Kano by Cyberterror: 9:24pm On Sep 20, 2023
It is understandable for Kano police command to be cautious but the reality is that Kano residents are jubilant about the tribunal verdict and have no need to be violent. They have been fervently praying for the NNPP demolition government to fall before their Kano that they know is completely demolished by the bitter Kwankwaso stooge.

PoliticsRe: President Tinubu To Set New Minimum Wage Next Week by Cyberterror: 6:48pm On Sep 20, 2023
Don't support this minimum wage of a thing because the private sector which makes up to 80% of the labour force in the country don't get to enjoy same. It will only fuel inflation and state governors will spend almost all of their budget on recurrent expenditure to meet up and they will raise the money needed for that payrise by shamefully over taxing the private sector that can't pay their workers a living wage. Improve the economy and let wages as they currently are have a stronger purchasing power.

Yoruba army generals have always been the anti-dote to the Biafra nonsense. The Fulanis are only good at indiscriminate killings that largely affect civilians. In less than six months, General Taoreed Lagbaja has inflicted precision maximum damage on IPOB terrorists to the extent that you hardly hear of UGM attacks these days. Kudos to General Lagbaja and President Tinubu. Igbos who yearn for peace in the east are very grateful.

PoliticsBayelsa Election Tribunal Sacks PDP Rep, Orders Re-Run by Cyberterror(op): 7:55pm On Sep 08, 2023
The National and State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal in Bayelsa State has set aside the election of the member representing Sagbama-Ekeremor Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Fred Agbedi.

The tribunal stated this in a judgment delivered on Thursday, in Yenagoa by Justice Sylvester Odili on the petition marked EPT/BY/HR/01/2023 which was filed by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Michael Olomu.

The Independent National Electoral Commission had declared Agbedi, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, winner of the election, having polled a total of 21, 430 votes, while Olomu had a total of 8,899 votes in the February 25 House of Representatives polls.

The panel also set aside the certificate of return issued to the PDP candidate.

PoliticsRe: Obi’s Supporter Threatens Tribunal Judge, Posts Photo Of His Little Children by Cyberterror: 5:57am On Aug 10, 2023
That's Igbos for you. It is very dangerous to give Igbo man power. The last time they had it, they turned Nigeria upside down and ignited a civil war. They see power as a means to oppress those around them, that's what the Niger Delta minorities suffered when lumped with them in the Eastern region. When you see Igbos adding other tribes in their proposed Biafraaud, it is to satisfy their lust of oppressing and robbing them of their identity. Peter Obi himself is an IPOB criminal that's why he is always defending the terrorist group.

PoliticsRe: Senate Rejects Motion To Release Nnamdi Kanu by Cyberterror: 9:04pm On Jul 26, 2023
Releasing terrorist Nnamdi Kanu will only worsen the security challenges in the south east and give him heroic status. That would be pissing on the graves of ambushed and killed Nigerian police officers and soldiers as well as civilians like Ahmed Gulak killed in Imo, the husband of the late Nafdac DG Dora, the wife and four kids of the Hausa family slaughtered in Anambara, traditional rulers killed in Imo, the Enugu east senatorial candidate in Enugu state and so many more, by the terrorist IPOB which Kanu supervises. His terrorist exploits even reached yoruba land of Lagos state so now his matter has left the hands of Igbos to decide.

That's IPOB terrorists' style, kill, then burn the police/military vans. Delta people invited them into their state when they voted for Ellupee the Biafraudd party.
