Someone earlier said how did Gendry run back so fast and got to the east watch easily. ... forgetting that the suicide squad were trekking and gisting from east watch up to the mountain with a pointed arrow head (the one the hound saw in the fire).



The walk was within a day obviously looking at the sun during the walk (it might be a hour walk more or less from east watch no one knows).

The lake where the suicide squad were trapped could have taken several hours (i think it was even overnight), to solidify for it not to break again.

Those Wight were even all on sleep mode before uncle clegane went on stoning party.


My point is watch the plot and enjoy it stop looking for unnecessary plot holes... just enjoy the show and stop whining around.

I think Arya will survive kingslanding.

Trust me you are not even mixing up any facts (theories are not facts ).

However according to the show The fact is that Jon snow is not a bastard, and he's a Tygaerean and that makes him a dragon (although we're not sure yet if he's immune to fire like her aunt).

The fact is that you've read the books, watched the show, read some bloggers theories and mixing everything up. I am still yet to see where Tyrion was said not to be a lannister in the book and show, for you to call it facts.


The fact is what we have read and seen by the writers and producers.

The leaked script by hackers months ago has definitely harmed the suspense of this particular season but that doesn't take the fact that it has been pacey and intriguing.

about your earlier question of a Wight crossing the wall and not getting scattered, If you remember very well a man of the night watch that died in season 3 and turned to a Wight attacking Lord commander Mormont (inside castle black).


IMO I think the Wights don't have problem of straying over the wall and surviving but the night king and his commanders (white walkers) do. The magic is to prevent them from crossing over and I think that's the same magic preventing uncle benjen

(remember the night king, uncle Benjen and white walkers all have something in common which is dragon glass in their chest)

The truth is that there are fewer characters now (thanks to Cersie blowing up the sept), so it is very normal for scenes to look faster than usual.

I think threee different actors have played the role of Ser Gregory Clegane (the mountain). The present mountain was not the one that acted in season one and two

I've watched episode 4 of season 7 over and over again, but I'm still wondering why bron was unchallenged after the first shot he fired at drogo. Just before he took the second shot, the was a Dothraki behind him.

There could be loads of explanations as to why he (bron) was left unchallenged to shoot the Anti-Dragon arrow...

No one saw it coming. .. the whole battle arena was filled with smoke and when he fired the first arrow, only few people noticed it which includes : Danny (because she was on the dragon) and Tyrion with some Dothrakis infantry because they were on a hill....


The Dothraki soldier at the back of Bron might possibly be having another target far from the Anti-Dragon weapon.... it wasn't as if they have seen the weapon before and had intelligence reports of it.

Now why should danny help John and the north thus leaving her main priority if the night king is of a greater threat to the North?

Number 2, can the army of the dead migrate south cos is seems they are white walkers for a reason....[snowy conditions/ where winter is at it's peak]
Hence why we didn't see bran and the night king in season 6

If their operation is just limited to the north.... It shouldn't affect the battle of the queens..... [2:1 in cerseis favor]
Danny should just give jon the dragon glass he came for since he's the king of the north and won't bend da knee ....

In summary, i guess i'm asking why is the army of the dead a threat to all and not just the north?

That's because if the army of the dead are through with the north (killing everyone in the north will give them more armies to face the South) the next point of call will be to the south (winter can also follow them to the south)


I don't know if they can cross the seven sea though. ... I think its best to be Daariohs in Meereen when the real battle starts.

I was going through some old GOT scene and a question poped up.

How come dany and Sansa aren't pregnant after being raped by khal drogo and Ramsey?

Sansa most especially should be pregnant by now and carrying Ramsey's baby. Something doesn't add up.

In sansa's case it is possible because not every sex leads to pregnancy. ..... there are safe periods before or after ovulation.

Dany was actually pregnant and was due to give birth to khal drogo's son before the witch cursed her.

I have watched the episode four battle scene severally.its clear that the dothrakis and lannister armies are overrated.the north,dorne and the vale should have the best soldiers.but,the dothrakis overhyped.dany's dragon more or less did the damage.the dothrakis would not have won without the dragon od if they won,it would have been a phyrric/marginal victory.a northern army under ramsay or robb would have humiliated the dothraks.when the dothraks were attacking,their battle howlings alerted the lannister/reach forces who quickly formed a defensive position with their shield reminiscent of the great roman army.the dothrakis broke the lines suffering heavy losses and also inflicting heavy losses.this reveals some weaknesses of southern westerosi armies.they should always have a ready cavalry force behind the infantry lines to engage any rampaging cavalry force that breaks through infantry lines.they should have outriders,spies,reconnaisance and scouts who are on the lookout for the movements of enemy forces and alert them beforehand inorder to prevent ambush and firebrigade approach.they should also have aggressive and more archers within the infantry defence lines who should aim at will at attacking cavalry even before they are within range.they can also build ditches,insert booby traps to slow down the enemy.the should have had a reserve force lie in wait secretly to be used at the last minute.
Those manning the anti dragon weapons should always be alert and ready.i believe the unsullied and the second sons are dany's best force and not the uncivilized and barbaric dothrakis with their gungho/kamikaze tactics.cersei like her father may lose most battles and win the war.if jaime had succeeded in klling dany,it would have ended the war.the lannister forces have a lot to do.up jon stark.

All those strategies can't hold up a sneak attack... the lannisters were caught off guard trying to escort in golds, grains and wheats.

And I don't think the Dothrakis are overrated... they don't believe in tactics (fine) but that doesn't mean they are not good in battle especially in an open field ( common they were also using Archers at the back of their horses)

Truth be told it is arguably the best episode ever strongly followed by Hardome in my opinion.

I hear some sansa fans saying that her dialogue with bran telling him to be "Lord of Winterfell" is a good thing and not undermining Jon snows authority. ..and I'm like WTF??!!


Jon waa proclaimed as the King in the north, there can't be a warden of the north and a king at the same time.... Immediately Jon was made a king( president), winterfell automatically becomes the Capitol and seat of power to the north, other Lords (will now be governors and warden of their respective towns).


Sansa being so naive (some will say useless) wants to put Bran in a fix with Jon by reminding him of his true status as the only real and remaining true son of two noble parents (by this statement she is still viewing Jon as a bastard) to become the Lord of Winterfell, which is now a capital and seceded from the seven Kingdoms (its just like saying a governor in Abuja)

the girl is just too cunny in a very stupid way.
Imagine her role model is cersei; since she now uses what she learnt from cersei as a tool to rule....

I think what sansa meant when she asked that question was not to challenge Jon but she felt as he was the true born of their father he had the right to be lord of winterfell.

My take in this is that if Bran is to be the lord of winterfell then that makes him warden of the north and automatically accepting being part of the seven Kingdom.


But Jon been proclaimed as the King in the north means the north has seceded from the seven Kingdom and are now an independent nation.

Anyway, the gold is already at kings landing, sadly th grains and other items were destroyed by the dragon. The only option for cersi is to hire the second sons after payment.
I do not think Dany and John will shag. Sansa is just surprised definitely not jealous. Everyone she knows has gone through something she doesn't know.
I really wanted them to kill that stupid dragon.
And for those of you asking how they are getting to places quickly, kindly check the GOT MAP, you will understand better. Dragon stone is actually very close to Kingslanding

@bolded the second sons mercenaries are loyal and have already pledge allegiance to Danny (led by Daariohs) and are still in meereen.

The gold can buy the golden company soldiers by the way (10,000 strong armies) but I doubt if they can stop a 100,000 Dothrakis screamers....

I think the time movement and sequence is definitely normal especially when the story is been rounded up.
