That's why there is something called Willing Suspension of Disbelief. All audiences have to practice it but it can be broken by events like the one in discussion.


They only made the attempt after danaerys came close to them and then ran away. Why didn't they do it while she was close?


And that's why there is suspension of disbelief. And even allowing it, there are plot holes. You can't just say that movies aren't real so don't criticise them. This is one of the reasons Nollywood is trash. You don't criticise it.


And they cannot execute that twist because it will be ridiculed and cost them a lot of money. Good, critically acclaimed films and series do not use this logic you use when making scenes and plot.


They don't but we accept them of suspension of disbelief. We also accept them because this is the magic system GRRM has introduced to us. For him to suddenly have characters do shit that has no foreshadowing so late in the show because it's magic and doesn't make sense will be an insult to the intelligence of fans. He knows this and won't do this.


Because of WSOB(willing suspension of disbelief). We know the dragons can't exist but we accept it because otherwise, there would be no story.

What we won't accept is when the dragons start doing things GRRM didn't tell us they could do or told us they couldn't do. If viserion and rhaegal were to come back to life and start bringing people back to life with their fire just like that with no reason, do you think fans would use your reasoning and clap for the show?

That's the problem with that whole thing. On no level does it make sense. If they wanted rhaegal dead, why not have him die in the battle of winterfell?

You are forgetting that Drogon has been shot by the scorpion arrow before and he survived (his armour is that thick).

Drogon is street (not a butty dragon ) and way smarter than Viserion or Rhaegal put together. He has been speared at mareen and survived, he was stabbed countlessly at winterfell by wights and survived. Drogon has dodged the NK spear twice (it only took one throw to bring down Viserion) one was at close range, he's that swift.

Beside, Rhaegal was already weak coming to dragonstone, one reason Jon didn't ride him down south.

There's no plothole there, We have all seen (reality or movie) where bullets will be shot at an individual and none will hit the target close by and might hit a stranger far away from the scene...

No. Most movies do not make any sense in real life but they are entertaining all the same. They are mere fiction and the stories go the way the writers want it to go, not the way it happens in real life.

From what I saw, the made attempt to take down drogon too but Danny escaped. As far as I know that's enough explanation in that scene.

The fact is that, in movies, there will always be something that won't go the way you would have expected or the way natural reason would have directed. But that's why they are fiction. Not real.

And about Jon growing wings and flying or cercie and Danny playing, it could happen if the show runners decide to twist the plot to allow for that and give an explanation for it perhaps by introducing some sort of supernatural factor Into the story line. Although that will be an extreme twist, but in the world of movies anything is possible.

After all, it is in its same movie that a young boy can warg animals and claim to see into the past and future. And dead people coming back to life as zombies, a girl that rides dragons and is not burnt by fire etc. Do those things even make any sense to you or have any logical reason or real life possibility?

And don't forget that dragons are not even real or natural creatures. I wonder why you guys didn't see any fault in that creature but saw so many wrongs in the sequence of events?

Even if Cercei had ordered for them to be shot at, the damage will be minimal, because they will have time to defend themselves with shields and as we all could see, that the dragon was far far away at the back of the armies of Danny.

If the dragon could Dodge a powerful spear at close range at the sea, i dont think cercei had a chance against the dragon at that range.
And lastly, Cercei knew that Jon and the armies of the north were on their way.

So its better to wait for all the armies and allies of Danny and let the war begin proper.

However, Dany could have also flew behind and Dracarys them all ... The parley and negotiation of terms are called for a reason: (Try to talk Cersie into releasing Meissande). In medieval times parley are used to negotiate terms of war and also to intimidate opposition (a form of show off).


The truth is the odds of dany winning the war right now is far less.

I think only a very good battle strategy, army of the second sons, dorme and the remaining iron born still loyal to Yari can make the odds be even at least.

Emilia Clarke’s acting has really improved in Season 8. I especially noticed it in Episode 4. She conveyed the loneliness and sadness that Dany felt during the victory party, her desperation to keep Jon’s claim to the throne a secret, and her struggle to contain her rage after Missandei was executed. I feel very bad about what the writers are doing to her character in order to turn her into a villain by force.

I guess in life people will always forget the good deeds and remember the bad, in the case of Danny I will always remember all her good deeds.

Naraguta zion hostel is a university hostel (one of the cleanest public hostel I've seen), they also have single and Self con (PG student hostel close by).

Abuja hostel however is hostel for 3 and hostel for 6 and village hostel (4 in a room)..

Used to like Tyrion for his wits but he's currently witless but a part of me still likes him.

If you noticed towards the end of episode 2, the generals of the nightking army were in front. How come we didn't see them at all through out the battle except when nightking wanted to finish bran.

That's Because if they get killed many wight will die in that process.... It was wise for them to stay back, that's why when Jon saw them he wanted to melt them with Rhageon's fire before the night king protected them with ice dust and darkness.
