Truth be told I never took my health issues serious I caused almost all sickness I suffer from today. I rarely eat I always believed snacks and fast food. Now am changing but it affected me so bad that I can't drunk drugs and eat I must take gala or biscuits. I can take biscuits and water for 3 days and am ok. Don't get me wrong am not mising just me.


I never took my health serious. Even asthma until the day I felt embarrassed in public. I had an asthmatic attack and of all I couldn't hold the shame since then I took it serious. I just started taking my ailment serious now because Today I felt embarrassed almost crying cux of leg pains in public.


In essence I want to take my health serious.

Since you don't like eating food... Eat alot of vegetable and fruits... Especially kankana (water melon)... It'll help your body soldier.




Stay away from junk foods... It'll do you no good.
