Until every State start managing their resources and pay 5% of whatever they are generating to FG, we will never progress. With True federalism, all infrastructure within the State will be the sole responsibility of every State. Even police and Civil Defence will be taken care of by every State. FG will only care for infrastructure withing FCT, foreign affairs and other federal parastatal, military and other federal security agents like DSS, Custom, immigration and prison officers.

True federalism is the way.. Its now or never!

Is this thread necessary? I'm Igbo and I.don't give a damn whatever group chose to call themselves. My only problem just like someone said here, is that whatever any Ikwere man does, whether positive or negative will be attributed to the Igbo race.

If the government really want to include the project, they should come with a supplementary budget that will capture the project, it's not rocket science.

The game the government is playing here is to make Nigeria think the NASS is sabotaging them because of Saraki's trial.. I don't give a fvck about Saraki anyway.
Another thing they wanna do is to create impression that SE/SS representatives at the NASS are blocking FG's project in the region brought by Amechi.. If they succumb to FG's antics, it will make SE/SS representatives (PDP) less popular in the region, and make Amechi/PMB(APC) more popular in the region.

But PDP NASS members from the two region saw their antics and played a fast one on them by telling them to come up with a supplementary budget that will capture the project.

If Amechi is sincere to himself, he will tell himself the truth. How can you forget to include an important project like this from your own region in the original budget document but you remembered to include Lagos Kano? Later you are telling us that it was during budget defence before the committee that it was included? Because you knew that most Nigerians don't know what's happening in that committee level rather, everybody's interest is in the main document?
