sniper, my tecno N7 cannot download from Google play store, and i don't know why. Whenever i try to download,it shows "error retrieving information from server". I use an airtel line . Am new to android phones.

otabsky: Thanks to everyone who's made this thread interesting and informative.I understand the furore about the N7's price but we must understand the psychology of marketers and dealers in Nigeria.The current price of the N7 is much more than the price Tecno released the N7 for. Tecno meant for the N7 to have a retail price of 25k.This information is gotten from speaking to Tecno's head office in Edo before and after the phone became available.However distributors and dealers have looked to cash in on the massive popularity and goodwill tecno established thru the N3 to make extraordinary profit from the huge demand surge soon after its release.These are the inevitable market forces that go beyond the control of manufacturers at times.The N7 is being made available to dealers/outlets @ 22.5-23.5k depending on the bulk quantity of order. So those are the dynamics behind the N7 price.If you want to get the best of this market trend,I advise waiting till May//June when demand would begin to see a sharp decline,then retailers will drop the price to a price more reflective to moderate profit margins. So by then you'll be able to get the N7 for 25k and after then for even less.

-camera/video:the infinix isnt really a good video/camera fone..its picture are abit dark and dense ,and from what ppl say it feels more like 5mp that the so acclaimed 8mp.the techno n7 beats it in camera
-are u a gamin person?:the game xperience on both pads are both good due to the same processor and ram,though i feel the infinix last longer in ba3 and has lags abit(dnt knw bout what u guyz observe sha)
-the style:to be very plain the infinix has a very nice style alot dan d n7,with its trimmed shaped edges and FINGERPRINTS DETECTOR,and most of the ones have seen are white,which gives it d swag..i havnt seen d black yet.

-amount.now heres the deal both are mostly of the same features bt different price.. The infinix race bolt is 25k in jumia as at now ,while the n7 is 27.5k(dnt knw nw sha)
Point of correction the racebolt is sold for 26,500 on jumia now! And tecno

Oh and not to forget the infinix pad,hmm havnt seen it frm what i gathered its quite cooler than that of the so called "SURGE".that is trending on n7 thread and its 27k in jumia,quite cheap for its features i must say.goodluck
